26/03/2025: I went to eat at this excellent restaurant on Sunday evening with my wife and son... we ate excellently... very kind service from the waitress and the owner... we will definitely be back... highly recommended... the stuffed loaf with risotto creamed with parmesan and truffle was super... the cold cuts were excellent... the grill was tender and tasty... the price was right... very good.

15/03/2025: Absolutely not recommended. Horrible, low-carbon and dense draft beer. Then they brought us a bottled but warm beer because they didn't have it in the fridge. Absurd!!! The pizza was inedible, not to mention the desserts

09/03/2025: A negative experience... we entered at 1.00 pm... after 30 minutes the first courses arrive and after another 30 minutes the starters arrive... crazy... after an argument with the waiters over the wrong orders and incomprehensible menus, the grilled meat finally arrives 2 hours after entering... in the end we left at 4.00 pm complete with apologies from the staff

04/04/2025: The best dinner in Santa Teresa. “Da Thomas” restaurant is truly a place to eat very well! Exquisite fish dinner with attentive and precise service. Don't miss the "potted vegetable garden" dessert because as well as being a delicious dessert it is really well presented. A tip: book in advance because it is always full!

07/04/2025: Great atmosphere and service! The bologne wasn‘t what I expected but still of great quality. I loved their Olive Oil, it‘s absoluty delicious.

06/04/2025: I had a great meal at this restaurant! The lasagna was some of the best I’ve ever had – really delicious. The panna cotta was excellent as well. However I felt that some of the waitresses were a bit cold and made the atmosphere a little tense. That said, I still recommend it

30/03/2025: Convegno dei Pater Familias presso la trattoria Guglielmo in quanto desiderosi di cucina marinara. Proporre specialità di mare quando esso è lontano può apparire una sfida dal punto di vista psicologico per il potenziale cliente. Un conto è trovarsi a Genova, Livorno, Palermo o S. Benedetto del Tronto. Beh, lì sappiamo che ci troviamo in una culla della cucina di mare, ma a Bologna dobbiamo fare i conti con una tradizione ben diversa. Guglielmo ha accettato il confronto ed a ns. parere ne esce con onore ed un encomio per le sue capacità professionali. Dunque: il menù è ampio offrendo molte varianti. La selezione degli ingredienti conferma una solida esperienza in merito. Poi l'assaggio al palato soddisfa egregiamente le attese della comitiva. In particolare: doppia razione di pasta lunga che vedeva la comparazione crostacei vs. pesce nel condimento. Misto classico frittura e grigliata quale secondo piatto. Per la scelta ci siamo affidati alla competenza dell'ottimo personale di sala. Forse la cantina offre scelte limitate ai più esigenti, ma a noi modesti vignaioli andava bene così. Purtroppo il locale non presenta molto spazio (full in una sera feriale), per cui giacche, giacconi, soprabiti, mantelle, sciarpe, cappelli si affastellano sugli schienali delle sedie offendendo l'estetica ed il comfort. La possibilità di un semplice guardaroba, p.e. quelle rastrelliere che si trovano negli empori di casalinghi, offrirebbe un plus al locale. N.B. Questo è un parere personale del portavoce della comitiva. Conclusione: una serata ottimale per livello della cucina di Guglielmo e l'allegria da libera uscita dei Pater Familias.

30/03/2025: Una pizza in famiglia in centro a Ferrara, di fianco al castello. Locale semplice, pulito ed ordinato. Personale gentile e simpatico. Noi abbiamo mangiato la pizza e l'abbiamo trovata bene fatta, ben condita e digeribile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
