20/06/2025: Fantastic view and great staff, but you're paying more for the atmosphere than you are for any real culinary delight. The starters and cocktails were very good, but the main courses ranged from underwhelming to ok. The final bill was out of proportion to the quality of the food, but you're paying for the intangibles.

19/06/2025: The fish and drink and atmosphere was amazing! Highly recommend! The staff were incredible especially Teresa! The staff had to deal with a very unpleasant woman who was just looking for a free meal by complaining about her meal! The staff were professional and dealt with her with grace! They ensured that the rest of us were not put off by that woman! I highly recommended going here for a lovely meal ❤️

19/06/2025: Elegant and refined tavern, perfect for an intimate lunch or dinner. Well-presented dishes, quality raw materials and a peaceful atmosphere. Prices a little high, but justified by the overall experience.

08/09/2025: My favorite place in Tropea. Dreamy cocktails, carefully crafted and paired with truly delicious appetizers. You'll find quality and kindness at Migliarese. Regarding parking, it's located far from the restaurant, being in the historic center.

What amazed us most were the authentic flavors, the result of top-quality local ingredients, which immediately bring us back to the roots of tradition. The service was amazing, from the welcome to the care and kindness with which we were looked after. Despite our rush, as we had to catch a plane, the staff made us feel pampered and never let us go without a thing. We promise to return here more slowly, to fully savor each dish and appreciate the passion of this magnificent chef. Highly recommended for those seeking an experience that goes beyond simply "eating": here you live the cuisine!

30/07/2025: ottimo ristorante scoperto per caso: pesce freschissimo e ben cucinato. le sardine fritte erano squisite! come tutti i piatti che abbiamo gustato (cannolicchi, tortelli ripieni di crostacei super, mezzemaniche al tonno e seppie grigliate) ; anche il vino bianco sfuso era di ottima qualità! gentilissimo il padrone di casa e lo staff. torneremo sicuramente a cenare da voi quando torniamo nella bella FVG.

22/07/2025: Everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Everyone was so kind, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Nothing to complain about. I can't wait to go back.

14/08/2025: I'm returning to this place after a few years, and what can I say? The WhatsApp messaging service that reminds you of your reservation (booked 2 hours in advance) and welcomes you when you arrive is useless... I would have appreciated a greeting from the owner, who practically dispenses orders to his servers and, sitting comfortably throughout the dinner, only bothered to pay the bill. The appetizer was prosciutto as thin as bread, cut into tiny slices. Then paying €27 for a tagliata (which was served whole and was a small steak weighing about 250-300g without any side dishes) is truly outrageous. Goodbye

10/08/2025: My first time at Taverna Mari was noteworthy, but I would have appreciated 20 grams more of pasta (but because it was really good!)

11/08/2025: The pizza is a masterpiece, with authentic ingredients and creative flavor combinations without being overdone. I especially loved the Margherita, simple yet perfect, a sign that they know how to do things right. Quick service, friendly staff, and fair prices. A place where you feel at home and leave already thinking about when you'll be back.

20/08/2025: Very delicious food, fresh and homemade. We had pizza, pasta, and mussels. Everything tasted excellent. The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable. We'll be back on our next vacation!

13/07/2025: We had the swordfish cream ravioli for dinner on the waitress's recommendation, and they were incredible. We also ordered the eggplant parmesan, which was a hit. All washed down with an Aperol Spritz. A great atmosphere and great music... So much so that we stayed for a drink afterward. Highly recommended.
