19/10/2025: Every now and then, a "REAL" restaurant. In heavily touristed areas, there are dozens and dozens of restaurants, offering varying degrees of good food, that open and close within a season or two. Sometimes, you'll enjoy the food and service, and sometimes you'll find it less so. But there's always that sense of improvisation. Stepping inside, you immediately get a different feeling: that of a restaurant with solid traditions, where everything runs like a perfectly functioning machine, and nothing happens by chance or luck: a wonderful sense of efficiency and professionalism. Indeed, a REAL restaurant, always open, for years, a guarantee. The service is obviously top-notch, as is the fish menu we ordered. The ingredients are high-quality, the preparation is meticulous, and the portions are generous. The mini cannoli filled with cream or Nutella are delicious. Honestly, we ate very well, far exceeding our expectations, and the service was attentive and friendly. The price was very fair. Highly recommended.

20/10/2025: Nice place in the Brera neighborhood. Honestly, the appetizers didn't meet my expectations, especially the truffle tartare (flavorless meat) and the carpaccio (the latter is nothing more than a sort of bresaola/speck with a sauce). Milanese risotto, let's say, lacked a bit of flavor, while the meat was very good. The service was quite good. The price was average for the city, so high.

18/10/2025: We're giving it 5 stars because it's not possible to give it 10. A welcoming and warm place, where you can spend a pleasant evening with kindness and composure. The food is AMAZING, excellent quality and incredible flavors. Dinner is accompanied by music provided by a sweet local gentleman. If you go to Naples, you can't miss it. 10 ⭐️

The setting alone is breathtaking: Villa Bardini sits high above Florence, with gardens that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a dream. But it is what happens at the table that truly defines this restaurant. I chose the nine-course tasting menu, and from the very first bite, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. Each course was a story in itself, balancing artistry, innovation, and deep respect for Tuscan tradition. The pacing was flawless, the flavors precise, and the plating so beautiful it felt almost criminal to disturb it. Standout dishes included a course that reimagined seasonal vegetables as if they were jewels on the plate, and a main that struck the perfect harmony between rustic soul and modern finesse. Desserts were whimsical yet elegant, a finale that left me smiling like a child. The wine pairings were masterful, elevating every course without overwhelming it. The sommelier’s knowledge and warmth made the experience all the more personal. And I must mention the staff: attentive without being intrusive, passionate without pretension. They guided me through the evening with such care that it felt less like dining at a restaurant and more like being welcomed into a world designed to delight every sense. The quality of the food is excellent, and they pay even the smallest attention to the well-being of their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

27/09/2025: I've been there three times in about a year... the first time was sublime. The service was truly excellent and the food was undeniable. The second time, perhaps mindful of the first, I let myself go without observing and "listening." The third time was a few weeks ago, on a Friday, and I noticed a decline in the service. The dining room staff was too young, so in my opinion, they were less inclined to show the kind of attention a place of this caliber should offer. That said, I was surprised by the food. I always order the veal agnolotti with roast beef sauce, and unfortunately, on this occasion, it wasn't the dish I knew and appreciated. Of course, a bad night always happens... especially towards the end of the summer season, which is why I'll return as soon as possible to definitely change my mind. I'll conclude by saying that my criticism is meant to be constructive as well as stimulating. I gave it 4 stars because among all the top ratings, at least they'll stand out 😘.
