10/05/2026: Hello, it's (admittedly) not a gourmet restaurant. Nevertheless, it's OUR go-to place when we're in Turin! Good... Welcoming... The owner even gave us advice on making his pizza dough: type of flour, kneading, etc. Of course, geographically, we can't compete with him. But try other restaurants... And for the "picky" ones who criticize... You'll have to tell me what they eat at home... 😉 You get the picture: I LOVE IT! BUT THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO... Yesterday, May 9th, 2026, the pizza chef retired, the waiter became a pizza chef, and there was a new waitress... The result: over an hour's wait, a downgraded menu, and undercooked mussels. It was our sixth time here; if the first time had been like that, we would never have come back. I don't know if I'll give it another chance... In any case, not by inviting family or friends... We'll see...

19/05/2026: The food was very disappointing. Pretentious portions (small), as if it were the finest of the finest. It wasn't. Desserts: 4 choices, 3 couldn't be served. The hotel is fine, by the way; it's a shame they have to make do with such a restaurant.

13/04/2026: When we finally arrived in Naples, we ate fried pizza! We ordered a pizza to go. We only had one, as it was quite large. It was delicious! The chef made it just the way we wanted it, with ricotta and cooked ham! The pizza dough was delicious, soft, delicious, and perfect. The service was prompt and fast! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and smiling. We'll be back!! Thank you again ❤️

11/04/2026: I recently tried Caprizza and I have to say it was a great experience overall. The pizza is really good, with a light, well-leavened dough, typical of Neapolitan tradition. The ingredients are high-quality, and you can taste it, especially in the simpler pizzas where the authentic flavor shines through. The whole-wheat pizza option is also excellent, perfect for those who want something lighter. The fried foods are also delicious, crispy and not heavy, ideal for sharing before pizza. The menu is quite varied: in addition to pizzas, it also includes first courses, second courses, and a variety of salads, a perfect option for those who want a light meal without sacrificing flavor. The place is welcoming and well-kept, ideal for an evening with friends or family. The service is fast, and the staff is helpful and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion: I definitely recommend this pizzeria, especially if you're in Vomero and want to eat well, with a wide selection, and without spending too much.

01/06/2026: Pizza was OK. Unacceptable service fee of 5 euro for 2 pizzas on paper tablecloth. Waitresses were OK. Some lady from the kitchen was visiting only selected customer looking others as they didn't belong there. Very loud place. We asked for a table on the view and we were told they didn't prepare for it! Two steps and a paper tablecloth......forget about it.

20/05/2026: Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude from the moment we arrived and made us feel completely unwelcome. We found hair in the food, and the clams were clearly not fresh and badly overcooked. When we tried to politely explain that we were unhappy with the meal and service, the staff refused to listen and dismissed our concerns entirely. Despite the poor treatment, we were still forced to pay a service fee, which felt unreasonable considering the way we were treated. The overall attitude of the staff made us feel like a burden, even to the point of dropping the menus in front of us without basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.

17/05/2026: Good food, but very slow and evasive service that does not follow up with customers during dinner. One of the main courses did not come with the others. The waiter noticed it and said - "wait a minute". We waited thirty minutes for it to arrive😔 The service showed no understanding that it was poor service.

09/06/2026: We had delicious pizzas. The service was friendly. No long wait. Good location, as it's a bit off the beaten tourist track!

07/04/2026: The staff was very kind and incredibly friendly. We ordered pasta, pizza, and a schnitzel. The schnitzel was the most delicious of all, even though it was missing some vegetables. The coffee was exquisite. We had a great time, thank you.

06/06/2026: A historic restaurant in downtown Reggio. We had a bad meal, so I can't rate the restaurant. The service was friendly and quick. The decor is unchanged from the 1990s, when it was a very popular pizzeria in Reggio. The pizza is decent but nothing special; the dough is a bit heavy. The toppings are average. The prices are good.

03/06/2026: Visiting Reggio for the first time I was brought here by friends who’ve lived here for 30 years. All I can say is WOW! Delicious pizza, incredibly friendly staff, just a great experience. I ordered the tartufe pizza and enjoyed every aspect of it. Crispy, yet chewy crust, flavorful cheese in perfect proportion, and delicious mushroom flavor. The Zappa Inglese I had for dessert was also remarkable! Highly recommend this spot.

10/06/2026: The waiter didn't speak English and seemed a bit confused. We had to pay an extra €3.50 for a gluten-free pizza that was smaller than the regular one and didn't taste very good!! (Without us being informed beforehand.) Absolutely outrageous. The regular pizza was good value for money. The atmosphere, however, was truly wonderful.

06/06/2026: This evening, at the recommendation of our hotel manager, four of us dined at this restaurant. Given the reviews, we took the plunge. It was a forgettable experience; the restaurant has a terrace, but the service was mediocre. We pointed out to the waitress that our glass wasn't clean, and she took it and replaced it with one from the next table without even apologizing. We ordered two fried fish dishes, which barely earned a passing grade. Of the two pizzas we ordered, one arrived 15 minutes after the fish, and one was missing. I waited another 15 minutes, with no interest whatsoever in the poor service. We ate at different times. The pizzas were good, but the prices weren't exactly worthy of the service we received. From my experience, I wouldn't recommend it; there are definitely better places out there.

26/06/2026: Disappointing. Reservation for 9pm for a date on holiday would not return. Welcome was very average and waitresses ran everywhere throughout the service without giving eye contact. We had to ask for everything, drinks, menus, water. Our drinks sat waiting for a while before being brought over. Pizza was below average for 25€ and the pasta at 30€ was a good portion, warm but nothing to rave about. Worst of all the music kept starting and stopping killing the ambiance of the side terrace which had no fans (kind of like eating in an alley) what a pity when it’s got a brachfront ! The interior looks nice maybe that would have been nicer. Some guests were served crudités and tapenade but these weren’t present on the menu, shame that could have been a good upsell. Vegetarian options weak. Overall very below average.

18/05/2026: Well, if I went a second time, I wouldn't risk it and just choose pizza, because the pasta and octopus didn't impress me much. Especially the pasta. It's been a long time since I've eaten so much salt. Not only that, they forgot to bring them. But the dessert Tiramisu, which the chef provided for free as an apology for the pasta, was really, really delicious.

06/07/2026: worst service possible. u sit and sit and no one comes. a manager runs around hot and sweaty as the others ignore u. I'd avoid it. go to another restaurant on the piazza. no one really cares. why waste ur time and money.

03/07/2026: I returned after years, but I suspect it's changed management. At lunchtime, there was a very long wait, even though it was early and there were only three tables occupied. The beer had become warm and undrinkable by then. I remembered the farinata and pan pizza as much crispier and tastier... but maybe my memory is deceiving me...
