We were there last year and had a great time; the place was nice and the staff were friendly.
The dishes were really plentiful and well-prepared. Kudos to the kitchen. We'll definitely be back. In the summer, the view outside is beautiful, and I recommend making a reservation. We've had occasions where we couldn't make a reservation without one. 🥲

We had a delicious meal at Quetzal and spent our last evening in Sicily in a very pleasant atmosphere with a great view and very friendly service. From the conversations at the neighboring tables, we gathered that the other diners were mostly Italians, which is generally a good sign.
Our food was delicious and prepared quickly, but clearly with fresh ingredients. Unlike some other (quite expensive) restaurants in Sicily, the octopus was particularly delicious and, above all, tender, not chewy at all, and the prawns melted in our mouths. The portions were generous and satisfying, and the wine was good and reasonably priced.

A beautiful, elevated restaurant with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. The food tasted wonderfully fresh, was attractively presented, and aromatically seasoned. All the drinks, especially the wine, were excellent. The setting was appealing and uniquely designed. The value for money was very good. We would love to come back and highly recommend this restaurant.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was simply excellent. The seafood appetizer, varied and incredibly fresh, perfectly showcased the flavors of the sea, using the highest-quality ingredients. The busiate pasta with squid ink was truly superb: a rich, balanced dish, and prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive, and professional staff, always ready to accommodate every request. The location makes it all the more special: welcoming and elegant inside, enhanced by a breathtaking view from the Castellammare lookout, creating a unique and unforgettable atmosphere.
I highly recommend Quetzal, and I hope to return!
