09/08/2025: fantastic sea with well-equipped beach

08/08/2025: The beach itself is beautiful from a naturalistic point of view, but from the point of view of usability it is terrible, the free beach is a handkerchief of sand obviously cut out behind the paid toilets of which half of the sunbeds were empty, the free part on the other hand is always full of cheerful people and very attentive to respecting nature and their neighbors. As soon as we found a group of boys who moved the towels to let us plant the umbrella, then other boys arrived and we returned the favor. Beautiful sea with a normal degradation after three or four meters from the shoreline you can no longer touch, just a reflection on the municipality that left so much space for the paid toilets that were half empty and left so little space for the free beach that was full and if it were triple the size it would be full anyway and the nearby accommodation facilities would work even more (I am a restaurateur and I could not help but make these reflections)

14/04/2025: Dopo un lungo periodo di assenza, siamo ritornati in questo ristorante dell'Alta Langa. Il pranzo e' stato eccellente e preparato con materie prime del territorio trattate con cura, originalità e competenza. Il personale si e' dimostrato molto professionale e attento nel soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Consigliamo caldamente di provarlo

02/07/2025: Un’esperienza di mare indimenticabile! Sono stato in questo ristorante per una cena speciale e posso dire senza esitazioni che è stato tutto perfetto. Il pesce è freschissimo, cucinato con maestria e presentato con grande cura. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di crudi semplicemente eccellente: ostriche, tartare e gamberi che si scioglievano in bocca. Come primo abbiamo scelto i paccheri allo scoglio — saporiti, abbondanti e con un profumo di mare autentico. Il secondo, una grigliata mista di pesce, era cotto alla perfezione, accompagnato da verdure fresche e ben condite. Servizio impeccabile: personale cortese, attento e molto preparato nel consigliare abbinamenti e vini. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca qualità, atmosfera e sapori autentici del mare. Torneremo sicuramente!

03/08/2025: Bad experience. Despite having made a reservation for 12 people in the morning at 9:00 PM and agreeing to a €35.00 fixed menu per person, which included a LARGE appetizer and mixed fried fish, wine and soft drinks, we were served at 10:00 PM with a single appetizer per person and a paper basket of fried fish containing an average of 3 anchovies, 2 shrimp, and 4 squid rings, with a side salad and French fries. Unfortunately, they won't let me attach photos to better illustrate the small portions.

02/08/2025: A pizzeria restaurant just steps from the city center, featuring an air-conditioned dining room, a semi-open-air dining room, and an outdoor terrace. We made a reservation in early July on a warm evening. They offered us a table in the semi-open-air dining room, where there was no air conditioning. We asked for service, and they obliged. Otherwise, the pizza and fried food were good. The welcome and service could be improved, with little attention paid to guests.

28/07/2025: We don't speak foreign languages. Not at all. The menu is only available via QR code. The food selection is very poor. The online offer is not true, it doesn't exist. 40% of what is on the menu is sold out. The cognac (Martell) was brought out in a grappa glass. The dry prosecco ordered turned out to be a sweet frizzante. The fries were sold out at 8 pm. We went out to smoke. We shouldn't have looked around the yard. There's a lot of dirt everywhere. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

24/07/2025: Fantastic food and staff. Lovely restaurant. We sat outside and it was quiet and tranquil. The food was authentically prepared with generous portions. We ordered a variety of dishes and dessert. The mussel soup was sharable. The cod dumplings were light with a tasty tomato sauce. We also ordered the meatballs, beef and tomatoes, bolognese and grilled vegetables. All were well prepared and tasty. We had cherry ice cream and the pears for dessert. Both were very nice. We had two bottles of wine.

04/04/2025: I was there in June 2023 if I'm not mistaken... Experience immersed in nature... Very kind staff, I gave the room three stars because it was full of cobwebs, the very old Samsung brand TV with a decoder... The location, which is surrounded by nature was ok... But the phone didn't get a signal and I couldn't notify the relatives! There was only Wi-Fi! Everything else is ok... Just a piece of advice... We are in 2025, use some modern technology in your hotel! P.S: Magnificent breakfast! 5 star service!

14/08/2025: Very disappointed, the food was served like a cafeteria! The meat was swimming in sauce. The tables were way too close together. We dealt with two different waitresses and had to ask for a bottle of water. Very expensive for the quality offered. Restaurant for tourists!!!

28/07/2025: The food is fantastic. The wine cellar is well-stocked. The staff, all female, is very kind and elegant. French is spoken fluently. The bathrooms are spotless and smell great. Prices during the week, on weekdays, are very low.

26/06/2025: Review is about the dinner - didn’t stay at the B&B. First of all it’s CASH ONLY. Just a fyi. Basically they will serve you various courses for about 40€ a head. All the food was clearly fresh and excellently prepared. We had various appetizers, 4 different pastas, 3 different meats and two different desserts

22/06/2025: I’ve been coming here since I was a small child and have fond memories of Mimmis! Returning after 15 years was a joy. A classic trattoria with no menu. They do cater for vegetarians but the vegetarian dishes weren’t as strong as the rest of the dishes. The service was warm and friendly and the decor is stunning!

09/06/2025: Good food and fair prices. The gnocchi alla sorrentina were good. The panzerotti and focaccia were perhaps a little too greasy. We will return anyway

21/05/2025: We stopped by on a quick trip to Bari. I had already tried focaccias but this was the best ever! We ate them one after the other, fresh from the oven or already warm (much better). The taste and simplicity make them a masterpiece! Well-kept location, for a quick bite but certainly very welcoming and with some seating. Friendly and fast service as well as generous with advice despite the fairly busy time. Honest price, great experience!

08/05/2025: La comida es muy buena y se obtiene una buena relación calidad-precio, el personal es muy amable. En el lado negativo está la visita. Teníamos una mesa afuera, y había una cola para entrar al restaurante. Los visitantes en la fila nos golpearon con sus bolsas y se inclinaron sobre nosotros para ver el menú en la pared, totalmente sin cortesía ni respeto. Otros invitados que se sentaron afuera aullaban y gritaban. El restaurante es muy concurrido y ruidoso, y hay mucho calor en el interior. Quizás tuvimos mala suerte que citó durante el almuerzo ocupado, pero sigue siendo una pena porque la comida es excelente!

01/05/2025: Almorzamos aquí. El precio de la comida está bien, por dentro hace mucho calor, no hay aire acondicionado. En el y, un restaurante promedio, nada especial.

27/07/2025: Savoy Hotel restaurant. Elegant and intimate, very pleasant atmosphere. Dishes were certainly sophisticated and well-prepared, but not "perfect" in every way, as one might expect in a restaurant where starters and main courses cost between €30/40 and €60. The wait for starters and main courses was long, almost half an hour, despite the restaurant being very busy. All in all, a pleasant experience, and the quality was undeniably top-notch! The service was courteous and friendly. I only felt a slight, unpleasant pressure at the end of the meal to charge us, since we were the only customers left. I would have understood this had it been particularly late, but it wasn't. Overall, however, very good.

25/07/2025: We didn’t eat here because we were looking for a pizza place and they don’t have pizza in their menus. However they were so nice and friendly, they recommended us an amazing pizza place!

20/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce nella Gallipoli "nuova", in una via non molto di passaggio. Il proprietario è molto attento nello spiegare i piatti, ricercati ma con porzioni abbondanti. Attenzione per intolleranza al lattosio. Ottimo antipasto di mare caldo e il polpo con crema di fave e erbette. Lo consiglio!!!

06/05/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in una calda giornata di maggio da Olga. Il nostro tavolo si trovava nella veranda esterna dove con una temperatura perfetta abbiamo goduto di piatti della tradizione presentati in maniera sublime con ottime materie prime. I crudi, in particolare seppia e gambero spettacolari, notevole anche il primo piatto con ragù di polpo. Se tornassi a Gallipoli certamente riandrei da Olga per assaggiare altri piatti del menù. Prezzi ASSOLUTAMENTE ONESTI
