02/06/2025: Unforgettable gnocchi! We had lunch yesterday, we ate very well, good food, simple and genuine, kind staff and family atmosphere. The homemade gnocchi in particular are really delicious, I recommend!

14/07/2025: The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is excellent. They recommended a delicious, chilled white wine. The eggplant ravioli was very good (especially the tomato sauce that accompanied it). The risotto wasn't very tasty. We didn't love the tiramisu.

14/07/2025: Very high prices, but the dishes don't justify them, some of which were technically flawed, such as a ceviche with just one fish and so much onion that you couldn't taste the flavor of the single fish. First courses with sea urchin foam. In short, very little raw material, sometimes foamy, sometimes emulsified. Not enough fish, not much substance. What did we pay? Nothing to complain about the service. The place was half empty.

13/07/2025: Central place, well priced with a wide range of dishes and at an affordable and competitive price for the area. The place is very curious though, decorated in a typical Venetian style but with Spanish music. The pasta dishes are recommended, especially the spaghetti alla busera (a bit spicy), the duck and truffle ravioli are very good. We didn't like the scallops very much... I think they would have been better simply grilled and without tomato or breadcrumbs, even so the scallop seemed fresh. The tiramisu was good. Value for money it is a very good place to go and recommended.

09/07/2025: When you see the locals get in there to eat, you know it was the right choice even before start eating. The food was very very good, the best restaurant we ate on our roadtrip through italy. Even the simplest dishes were very delicious! BEST SPOT TO EAT IN VENEZIA AND WHO KNOWS IN ITALY.

03/07/2025: Hotel in a great location. Rooms are a bit dated as is the bathroom that needs to be redone. There is no air conditioning. The food is excellent!

30/06/2025: I find the Chenno hotel an excellent value for money solution As soon as I arrived I found the place very dated, but then it was fine all in all. It is located 15 minutes from Arezzo surrounded by greenery, easy to get to with a smooth road The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good The staff is very helpful For what I spent for 2 nights (2adl) I couldn't have found better

01/07/2025: We found Trattoria pizzeria L'ora by chance and what can I say, a very nice atmosphere, friendly and nice staff. We are talking about the seafood pizza 🌊 lots of stuff guys, fresh and abundant fish. Highly recommended. We will be back

31/05/2025: Great pizzeria. We went there three times during our vacation. The pizza was very large and very tasty. The fried fish appetizer was tasty but a bit too small for €10. The pasta dish was also tasty but could have been bigger. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

28/05/2025: Expensive, crowded and noisy. A quick drink and we moved on.

19/05/2025: This was our favourite bar. Fantastic small plates, great beer and wine, great service. Perfect place to watch the world go by. Plus we got chatting to lovely people as it’s quite intimate inside. Thoroughly recommend.

18/07/2025: Everything is geared towards speed, not customer service. Kindness and courtesy are completely absent. The quality of the food is extremely low, the fish has never seen the sea, the pizza is a serious insult to even call it that, and the wines are subpar. Not to mention the cover charge, which doesn't even cost €5 per person in a three-Michelin-star restaurant. For this kind of service and the quality of the dishes, leaving aside the cover charge, it shouldn't even be called a restaurant, but a paid feeder.

16/05/2025: We had a wonderful lunch on the upstairs balcony. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The first-class service (thanks Ilir and my colleague) deserves special praise. We felt very comfortable on our 10th wedding anniversary! Grazie, thank you, and Faleminderit! 😉

28/06/2025: Yesterday, we had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. Firstly, no one came to offer us a drink when we arrived. Then, my main course was served before the starter. When we asked about this, a man who appeared to be one of the owners responded rudely,shouting at other staff, claiming he didn’t understand us (even though we were speaking Italian), and mocking us by laughing and making fun of us. During our meal, he continued to walk by our table, staring and laughing in an arrogant and unprofessional manner. This behavior was unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Thank you for ruining our son’s birthday.

23/06/2025: It is a historic restaurant-pizzeria. Excellent quality, huge portions, fantastic pizza, super atmosphere. Try the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, I recommend the waiter Maurizio.

Steak was underwhelming and overcooked, fries were harder than chips with no soft center, no wine served with the meal, and the wine offered after was clearly mismatched. Sides arrived late, and presentation was sloppy. Far better meals elsewhere in Città della Pieve at a third of the price.

27/06/2025: Never again in this place. Hyper touristy with waiters at the limit of endurance, not friendly and so hasty as to remove the plate from under the face. Pizza sausage raw. Dough nothing special. Fried food to forget. All super laboratory and very greasy never again

19/07/2025: I had organized a birthday dinner, everything was going well, but then the waiters miscalculated and gave rude answers, then they took the rest of my cake, saying it was finished when we saw that it wasn't true at all. AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE US RECEIPTS.
