09/10/2025: I'd say overrated. The much-vaunted appetizer (we ordered everything) was nothing more than what any restaurant in the area offers, in fact I'd say less. The tordelli with ragù were too spicy, and the ragù was a tad burnt. The price was what we expected (over €50 per person for an appetizer and first course), but it wasn't justified by the menu selection, the flavor, or the quality.

18/10/2025: I was not at all satisfied with this ice cream shop. As soon as I entered, I was met by two servers—probably a mother and daughter—looking bored, unsmiling, and clearly uninterested. This alone shows that professionalism is lacking. My experience was negative from the start: the lady took the cone with her bare hands, the same ones she had just used to give change to another customer. She didn't just touch it, she actually handled it thoroughly. Then, only afterward, she took a small protective paper cone and put inside what she had already touched with her bare hands. The paradox is that that paper cone exists precisely to prevent the cone from being touched: doing so afterward makes no sense and completely defeats its hygienic function. I ordered dark chocolate ice cream, another disappointment: the color was too light, like hazelnut, and the flavor was flat, more like milk chocolate. The texture was also wrong, not creamy and lacking in character. Unfortunately, after eating it (and not having touched food all day), I felt severe intestinal discomfort in the hours that followed. I don't blame anyone, but it's hard not to connect the two, considering what I saw behind the counter. A disappointing and unreassuring experience. Definitely a place I'll never return to.

18/10/2025: I tried the pistachio ice cream and the Earl Grey Emperlated Latte, it was a pure delight! So good that I went back twice!

19/10/2025: Reservation: We called three times without receiving an answer. Luckily, they called us back and offered us dinner at either Seating 1 (7:30 PM) or Seating 2 (9:00 PM). We chose Seating 1 at 7:00 PM, and over the phone, we were told several times, rather annoyingly, "Please note, the table must be vacated at 9:00 PM sharp," and "Please inform your guests that the table must be vacated at 9:00 PM." Let's just say we didn't get off to the best start when making the reservation. Welcome: We arrived at 7:20 PM. The staff was outside smoking, and they didn't let us in until 7:30 PM sharp. That's no big deal. In the meantime, we read the menu and made up our minds about what to order. Ordering: The girl who came to take our order was very friendly and explained the various options. Service: The guy with the ponytail who brought the hot stone to cook the meat was quite rude: as soon as he arrived, he handed over the stone and warned us not to put oil on it due to the risk of flames/smoke, and so far so good. When I pointed out that the stone was quite black on the surface (in a completely calm and friendly manner), he immediately got annoyed, took the stone back, and went back to the kitchen, cursing things like "let's start the evening off right!" In amazement, we awaited his return with a new stone, and in a snobbish manner, he said, "Is this okay?!" I didn't think the guy's attitude was very nice; he could have handled his frustration differently. The other waitresses, however, were kind. Food: 5 people, we ordered: - Testaroli with oil and cheese - Hunter's menu - Panigacci with prosciutto, stracchino cheese, and vegetables - Baked fish with vegetables - Paccheri with fish sauce - Water Personally, I found the baked fish with vegetables good, perhaps a little too greasy, but overall okay. The panigacci were average, and the prosciutto was good. I can't comment on the other dishes because I didn't try them, but I think the taste of the food was negatively impacted by the service, as the atmosphere at the table was ruined by the waiter's rude attitude. Bill: The cashier was very kind, and we spent about €100, which I think was more or less fair for what we ate. Conclusion: The place has potential, but I don't think we'll return, considering the poor service experience and the rude way we were treated when booking. Sorry, but we're a no-go!

15/10/2025: A very welcoming restaurant in the center of Sarzana. The menu features fish and meat, and the first courses are very good; I struggle to pass up anything. The service is friendly and efficient, and the wait for your food is short. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

18/10/2025: An exceptional place from every perspective. The owner and waiter are incredibly kind and professional. The dishes are delicious and original, passed down from father to daughter. The tartares are amazing, especially the smoked ones. The area of ​​Naples where it is located needs no introduction, so I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!

10/10/2025: The menu is unconventional and fun. Excellent appetizers, very good gnocchi, and quality cappelletti, but not as impressive as the rest. The meat is good. The wine list is extensive and high-quality, though perhaps a little pricey; it's hard to find anything under €50. We're still in an osteria, after all. Highly recommended.

The tuna tartare and egg on Taleggio fondue are extraordinary. Be sure to try the Euganean wild boar fillet carpaccio, flambéed with a balsamic reduction and drops of goose liver and Paduan chicken. The Vialone Nano delle Abbadesse rice with seven Colli mushrooms is delicious, as are the seven-grain bigoli pasta with hints of undergrowth and chestnut crumble. The wine list is carefully curated and attentive to the local area, with labels perfect for pairing every dish. A special place, where taste, atmosphere, and hospitality come together. We'll be happy to return!

01/11/2025: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The Tavern di Arquà is one of those places that stays in your heart. The atmosphere is intimate and meticulously crafted, perfectly in keeping with the charm of the village of Arquà Petrarca. The staff is welcoming and attentive, always ready to offer advice with a smile. The cuisine is simply extraordinary: dishes that combine tradition and creativity, excellent ingredients, and impeccable presentation. A jewel of the Euganean Hills — HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

27/10/2025: We had already dined at this osteria a couple of years ago, which had pleasantly impressed us with its typical Venetian dishes, but unfortunately, our current experience was completely unsatisfactory! Not so much for the quality of the food, which we didn't have the chance to try again, but for the fact that you can't order just one first course because all the first courses on the menu are for a minimum of two people! So, in our case, who wanted a first course and a second course, we weren't able to dine. And the manager, hearing our complaints, firmly stated that he wouldn't change the rules. So if someone comes alone, they won't be able to order a first course unless they order two plates of pasta! Furthermore, if you want lemon to squeeze into your fried or grilled fish, you won't be able to ask for it because, as it clearly states on the menu, they don't serve lemon! It's like not being able to put cheese on your pasta! I don't usually do it, but some people like it, so since it's a completely personal touch, you have to respect the customer's taste. Too bad... I had a good memory of it...

29/10/2025: We were with my family and I need to tell that we had a one of the best experience there, the cook and waitress is very friendly and knows how to handle every situation, I don’t talk about cooking, cooking was perfect, one of the best for me, but I liked that he gave some activity to my child to ease the waiting time for pizza:) because my child was so hungry and was saying every time pizza pizza, the cook came out with a smile and small peace of pizza dough and right away my baby start playing with it and stayed calm until the food came, that was really nice move from him, anyways an unforgettable experience for me, thank you!

11/10/2025: The pasta was a poem and priced just right: the trofie with pesto couldn't have been better; the amatriciana were a pleasant surprise with their spicy flavor. We found the main fish dishes okay, but unfortunately no swordfish or grilled sardines – so this was definitely a disappointment for us. We found the grilled vegetables rather modest, with insufficient quantity. The wine (sparkling wine) was to our liking. We found the service good, but not "exceptional." We felt very comfortable in the restaurant; it was chic, cozy, and bright without being garish.

06/10/2025: A rustic, informal place with excellent food and traditional Lucchese and Tuscan dishes. Located in the heart of Lucca, just steps from Piazza San Michele, generous portions, friendly staff, and attention to detail. I highly recommend trying it!
