Chef Jacopo's tasting of raw and cooked dishes was fabulous. Elisa was smiling and very helpful with table service. A great experience, the price was right for the quality and service.

We had the pleasure of dining at this agriturismo on Easter Monday, and the experience was truly excellent. The service was meticulously maintained, attentive and meticulous, even for someone with a gluten intolerance. The dishes were delicious, and the location was simply enchanting.
A place that undoubtedly deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended: an experience worth trying!

I've known this restaurant since the days of the legendary Gianni Carta, in my opinion an undisputed icon of Italian cuisine!
After him, I wasn't very enthusiastic.
With Jacopo Visintin, I rediscovered the pleasure of eating at Le Dune. He's young but full of talent and passion for his work. Growth is guaranteed!
His crudo is excellent, made with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
Superlative wines—we are, after all, in the Collio region! Kudos also to the attentive and professional service.

PROS:
Professional, extremely kind, and friendly staff. The chef is courteous, helpful, and ready to offer advice and explanations. Excellent food, meticulously prepared dishes. Extensive wine list.
CONS:
The lack of a printed menu prevents customers from understanding the cost of dishes, and discovering, at checkout, that a first course might cost €40 and an appetizer €60 could be a nasty surprise.
Considering that, nowadays, a PC and a printer are enough to solve the problem, I see no justification for this.

The dinner was disappointing, perhaps because expectations were so high, as high as the restaurant's reputation. Many recommended it to us. The fish was indeed fresh and high-quality, but the portions weren't enough to fill us up. The raw fish appetizer was more of a taste than an appetizer, and the portion of the first course was also small. It's a shame, because the fregola was truly excellent. The timing of the service also contributed to the overall disappointing experience. The wait between each appetizer was far too long. The restaurant is nice, and its slightly retro feel has its charm. I found the final bill too expensive for the amount of food.

Family lunch. Fish "caressed" and prepared admirably, while maintaining simplicity. Sublime raw fish. Superb hot appetizers, even the potatoes and the caponata that accompanies them are extraordinary. Almost no waiting between courses.
The atmosphere is soft with music and lighting.
But the service deserves seven stars, not five. The girls with genuine smiles, spontaneous kindness, attentive and thoughtful, truly worthy of praise. And patient with us, even though we are demanding and somewhat annoying customers. Well done, well done, well done!
