29/10/2025: Excellent food, lovely atmosphere under the lemon trees and very friendly service 😍

29/10/2025: I paid 100,000 pesos for two people and left completely disappointed and hungry. It was excessively expensive for the quality and portion size of the food. We ordered a seafood appetizer for approximately 26 euros, and it literally consisted of: two prawns, two small octopus tentacles, and two pieces of cuttlefish with some sauces. I wouldn't return or recommend it under any circumstances.

03/10/2025: The borage ravioli were excellent, better than the appetizers. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the famous rabbit, as we weren't hungry and wanted dessert (the amaretti and chocolate cake was delicious). The portions were generous and excellent value. The Rossese di Dolceacqua was delicious. One truly negative point, which obviously isn't the fault of the owner: three tables of people, lacking any respect for one another (likely not even possessing the cultural background to understand the meaning of the word "respect"), spoke in such a loud tone that any dialogue was impossible, except by submitting to rudeness and using a tone of voice more suited to a stadium than a restaurant. If you're a couple, I recommend asking if there are groups when booking, to avoid completely ruining your evening (unless dining al fresco is possible).

04/09/2025: I can't go wrong here, the owner is super nice, the cousin is just like the one I used to have, if I close my eyes, I feel like I'm at my grandmother's table, the food is excellent, the price is fair, the best in my opinion is the Ligurian style rabbit, here it's really unbeatable

30/09/2025: We had pizza and pasta—unfortunately, the pasta was very bland, and the pizza was okay. The Vino de la Casa was not recommended. We wouldn't come back again.

26/09/2025: It's been four years since the first time, but every year at least three or four times a season we get to taste his culinary offerings. Highly recommended.

01/09/2025: I visited for work with a colleague and found the place quite busy, which is definitely a positive sign. We were greeted with kindness and personality, and after perusing the menu, we asked the waiter for advice, who suggested some off-menu dishes. We also chose the pappardelle with black truffle, which had just arrived: we saw it with our own eyes as they were preparing it. A truly pleasant experience, made special by the care and quality of the products.

25/08/2025: **English below** ------------- My Monday lunch experience in brief: almost an hour's wait for three plates of overcooked pasta, despite there being about 15 people in total. Several dishes on the menu were only partially available or unavailable due to a lack of certain ingredients. Overall, the food tasted okay. The waiters were friendly. Pizza was unavailable at lunch. The place certainly doesn't deserve one star, but not more than three. I don't know if I'll return, but if I do, I hope to have a better experience. I'm attaching a photo of the seafood linguine, which was certainly a generous portion, but the sauce was completely runny (the consistency of water). Note that clams were unavailable (as were other ingredients), so I hope this is an exception and not the norm. It should be noted that in the absence of clams, an extra langoustine and mussels were added, which was at least a welcome gesture. -------------- My experience in a nutshell: a wait of almost an hour for three plates of overcooked pasta, even though only about 15 people in total were there. I want to stress though that clams (clams) weren't available - like other ingredients - so I really hope the look of the dish is exceptional and not the norm. I must say that in the absence of clams, an extra scampo and some extra mussels were added, which was at the very least a thoughtful gesture. Oh and by the way I'm a local - I think it's worth mentioning it, just in case someone thinks that I'm a tourist and I know nothing about Italian cuisine.

07/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance (according to Google, it was closed). We spontaneously got a table for six and had a delicious meal at an unusual time (4 p.m.). The pizza and lasagna are excellent.

12/09/2025: A colleague and I were in Sansepolcro for work. Looking for a quiet place to eat, we stumbled upon this typical Tuscan osteria. As soon as we entered, I was immediately struck by a beautiful drum kit—a musical instrument I play—which made me think the owner was a musician as well as a restaurateur, and I wasn't wrong. But let's not beat around the bush and talk about the place and the food instead. We were greeted by a very professional, kind, polite, and above all knowledgeable young woman who offered advice and clarification both during the selection process and when it came time to serve our dishes, clearing up any doubts and concerns. We sat on the outdoor veranda, as it was a beautiful day today, and ordered the menu, which you can easily find online. I won't list it here, but I want to tell you about what I ate! I had a mixed antipasto with delicacies from days gone by, a wonderful warm liver pâté on warm toasted bread, a panzanella like I hadn't had in a long time, not to mention a wonderful crostini with caramelized onions, as well as cold cuts and excellent cheeses. Then I ordered pici all'aglione, made with a sauce of green tomatoes and, of course, aglione, on which I was advised to grate some fresh Pienza pecorino, grind some pepper, and drizzle with a drizzle of Tuscan DOP olive oil! The pasta wasn't dry, but fresh pici with a fantastic consistency. They were perfect, perhaps—and I'm not exaggerating—the best pici all'aglione I've ever eaten! I want to compliment chef Batterista and his staff. Highly recommended.

26/06/2025: We discovered this place through the fork, very satisfied with the experience. From the outside I wouldn't have said it, but inside everything was excellent. Really good dishes, particular combinations but with the right balance, noteworthy presentations. Very attentive and kind service. They delighted us with entrées and a very refreshing pre-dessert. Prices adequate for the quality and quantity. Portions right, not small at all. Normal internal location, some small details that could be improved but ok. I recommend it!

04/09/2025: In the charming Jewish quarter of Fondi, La Giudea offers a culinary experience that goes far beyond simple pizza. The outdoor tables, set on the medieval basalt slabs under a portico framed by historic homes, create an intimate and charming atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.

19/09/2025: We were visiting Erice and stopped in for dinner - what a lucky find! The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome even though we were a little early for their dinner hours. Our dishes were hearty and delicious, with generous portions and very fair prices, especially for the location. We plan to come back for the last night of our trip.

10/10/2025: I went for pizza, which was very good, but from the dishes I saw arriving, I think the fish is also good. The tiramisu, in my opinion, was too moist and too creamy, making it not very creamy... let's stop using so much cream to fill the glasses. Prices are normal. I'll be back to try the fish.

12/10/2025: A great place to stay for a hiking holiday, nestled in a virtually untouched landscape with numerous hiking opportunities. Guests feel welcome here, and excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine is served with very attentive service (even with half-board). Creative and healthy packed lunches are prepared for hikes. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

We sampled three appetizers and first courses: the handmade Ascoli olives and the pasta were surprisingly good and beautifully presented. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel like family. We'll definitely be back❣️ Highly recommended! 🌟
