04/12/2025: The group I was accompanying was staying at this property. The rooms were excellent, but breakfast and dinner service was affected by the presence of another group in the property.
Breakfast and dinner service for our group, considered Group B, was subordinated to that of Group A. Breakfast was served only from 7:30 a.m. to give Group A priority. Dinner was served with a 40-minute wait between the appetizer and the main course. They were not informed of this eventuality, so I was unable to find an alternative plan.
When booking for a group, be careful not to have a second course. Despite our complaints, no small gift was given to us.

18/10/2025: Beautiful hotel, great view and location! Helpful porters to get your bags and bring them back to dock. Room furnishings a little dated but very clean. Air conditioning also worked really well and room came equipped with a steamer which was really helpful as most hotels don’t have irons for you to use.

20/09/2025: We highly recommend the La Forgia restaurant. We had lunch there today and were thoroughly satisfied. The food was delicious and more than satisfied even the most discerning tastes. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The wonderful view of the water is particularly beautiful, perfectly complementing the restaurant's tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. An ideal place for a relaxed lunch – we'd love to come back!

07/11/2025: Returning with our group for a medical mission, we stayed for a few days, including sleeping and, of course, eating.
Everything was good, the staff were hospitable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
I highly recommend it.
03/11/2025: The fish soup for €50 was good and sufficient for 2 people.

08/11/2025: Okey pizza and pasta in the town of Alghero. The veggie pizza and the shrimp pasta was the best. Standard pricing and a little slow service. Other than that probably alot better than the other pizza places in the square. We got a walk in table, but it is probably best to book one before.

03/11/2025: I've been here with my family; we've had a pretty good time in the past, but this time I have a few comments...
The dishes have slightly deteriorated in taste compared to before.
But the prices have gone up quite a bit!
The biggest problem was the older waitress, who was rude to say the least and unfriendly to customers.
I'm surprised the owners, being veterans in the industry, hire unsuitable staff.

30/11/2025: A quasi-work lunch at the end of a morning at the racetrack, which is just 200 meters away.
We ate tortellini, grilled meat with baked potatoes, and a huge portion of tiramisu. Red wine was fine, but the white had too many bubbles. Coffee was Imola-standard...

07/10/2025: Had a wonderful experience dining at Caponata. Dined on some absolutely delicious pizza and wine, by recommendation of a server at a near by wine bar. The service was absolutely wonderful, with staff members Valentina and Hamim being so kind and patient while I practiced my Italiano. Will absolutely be back next time I'm in Polarmo. Grazie Mille Caponata!

10/11/2025: Very good to excellent cuisine, a small menu, but top-notch ingredients. For example, we had the champagne risotto with quail egg and truffle – I can recommend it 100%. The apple fritters with cinnamon ice cream and the crème brûlée were also superb.
18/09/2025: We've been visiting this restaurant for many years, and it's definitely the culinary highlight every year. We always choose the surprise menu and have never been disappointed or had the same dishes. Anna and Roland are a great team, and we look forward to our visit every year. Highly recommended!

17/10/2025: An enchanting place. It feels like stepping into a fairytale where time stands still. Everything is perfectly balanced, creating a memorable experience. The cuisine is a true highlight, truly gourmet, with well-executed and very interesting dishes. Kudos to the host, Nicola, for the passion with which he runs this restaurant, which I highly recommend!
