01/06/2025: Excellent service, good pizzas, small pieces, we only found two small problems, 1) the knives (even though they were changed) were not suitable enough to cut the pizza 2) The main entrance of the restaurant is closed, there is a barely visible sign indicating the way to enter. For the rest everything is fine, excellent location, kind and helpful staff, excellent pizzas.

16/06/2025: When you enter the restaurant you expect a really good experience but upon getting the food you realize that you will not have a good experience. The starters were ok but the mains were a disaster. The gluten free pizza was bought in crap that basically was just a hard cracker and the risotto was completely tasteless mush. When reading other bad reviews of the restaurant you can clearly see the owners are in denial and need a Gordon Ramsay style reality check.

13/06/2025: I am an Italian celiac who had dinner with her family (not celiac) to celebrate a birthday, and I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant, for various reasons. Terrible service, impossible to intercept the waiters from the terrace area, we had to get up on two occasions to ask for basic things like bread. A dish was requested without chives and it arrived with (they replaced it). Poor food: the amberjack tartar was not fresh and caused food poisoning. Very salty dishes. We did not try the pizzas. Behind our table on the terrace, there was a pipe that dripped all evening. In conclusion, I will not return and I do not recommend it. Too bad, when there are already few options for celiacs. With some adjustments in the dining room and a better selection of raw materials, it could easily improve.

12/06/2025: We were very impressed with this restaurant. Everything was just right, from the romantic ambiance on the terrace to the friendly service and the home-style, very good food (large portions).

21/06/2025: Dinner full of expectations that instead turned out to be a great disappointment. The staff were kind at the beginning, forcedly kind after having sent the first "maccheroni ragù polpo" back to the kitchen, in its entirety, inedible. As for the rest of the courses, they were average, nothing particularly appreciable. Another sore point was watching the waiters who took both the bread and the taralli with their hands and placed them in the baskets that were served at the tables, despite having the appropriate tongs available. Last bitter surprise: finding the whole dish sent back charged to the bill, 18 euros.

30/05/2025: Traditional Osteria / Restaurant, nestled in the historic center of the town of Chiaramonte, easily accessible and with top quality ingredients, from truffles, to risotto alla Majore to finish with typical desserts such as the cannoli I ordered that put a delicious point to the satisfying and tasty dinner. Very positive note aside, aimed at underlining the softness and perfect cooking of the meat in which all the flavors could be felt.

28/06/2025: Unpretentious, authentic, cheap, delicious. Returned 2 years later. Why is food now served on ridiculous long narrow rectangular plates? Also… dogs allowed in the dining room!

27/06/2025: Nice to sit on the small piazza with a view of the lake/harbor. The interior is rather old-fashioned. Everyone is friendly, especially the owner. Service is fast. Prices are reasonable. The best pizza we've had in the area (33 cm), and the rest of the place was also very good, including the tomato soup – which you won't find anywhere else around here.

01/06/2025: Etwas außerhalb der normalen Touristenpfade liegt das idyllische Restaurant. Durch eine Radtour bin ich auf dieses Juwel gestoßen. Nur einen Aperitif zu mir nehmend hat mich die gesamte Atmosphäre beeindruckt und direkt für die nächste Gelegenheit ein Abendessen gebucht. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht!! Super natürlicher netter Service, hervorragende Speisen. Wir haben uns rundherum Wohlgefühl. Es waren 3/4 Italiener als Gäste anwesend!

10/06/2025: We walked in by chance, and the food was delicious. The place has a cool vintage feel and seemed like a family-friendly restaurant, which makes it even better. Everything was top-notch. I definitely recommend it.

15/05/2025: I went to dinner for pizza my last night in Milan, hoping for a delicious pizza, but I was sadly disappointed. It was delicious, but lacked any flair. It was a thin crust, with no thick edges, and they threw a salad on top. I don't know, I didn't like it.

08/06/2025: Abbiamo chiesto piatti vegani e vegetariani. Direttamente dalla tradizione abbiamo potuto assaggiare Ceci e Tria, pasta fatta in casa con verdure di stagione e spolverata di formaggio di capra, orecchiette al pomodoro, tagliatelle, e un ottimo tiramisù della casa. Come secondo piattino di ceci, patate al forno e cicoriette saltate. Complessivamente buono, anche se i primi troppo unti, e un po' più costoso rispetto ad altri posti simili in zona.

05/06/2025: Farmhouse between Veglie and Torre Lapillo. Pleasant location both inside and in the beautiful outdoor garden. Home cooking well prepared and without frills in perfect farmhouse style. There is a choice mostly of land products. Adequate prices.

22/05/2025: We organized my daughter's wedding lunch in this restaurant and we are really satisfied. Chef Gilberto Rossi is very kind and available to all needs, in addition to that, as a chef he is unsurpassed and offers excellent dishes. The setting of the restaurant is wonderful with an unparalleled view. Highly recommended!
