16/05/2025: I have been to this restaurant several times and each time I have been impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. The menu offers a great variety of dishes. I have tried several dishes and each time I have been satisfied with the presentation and the taste. Family-run restaurant that certainly makes the difference. The service has always been fast and efficient, with a staff that has proven to be very professional and courteous. Quiet atmosphere and always friendly staff. Highly recommended restaurant. The quality-price ratio is excellent and the service has always been impeccable.

07/04/2025: Found this place by chance while passing through. We ate a pizza as good as we hadn't had in a long time, with wholemeal dough, well-leavened and cooked to perfection. Impeccable service, a little chaotic environment. We will return whenever we pass by

18/06/2025: We went to Gens Trebonia for dinner and we had a great time. The place is really beautiful, right on the lake, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We ate well: tasty dishes, well presented and right portions. The fish was fresh and very well cooked. The desserts were also excellent! The staff was kind and attentive, they made us feel at ease right away. A nice place to spend a quiet evening, eat well and enjoy the view. We will definitely be back!

16/06/2025: Overall a positive experience, for the kind and friendly guys, the food chosen was good with a refined presentation for the aubergine parmigiana, the meatballs with cream of carrots and courgettes very light and tasty, the baked potatoes perhaps should have been browned more. The best was the Marche beef tartare. The desserts delicate tiramisu and the caprese with raspberry cream was a surprise. The beer 🍺 tasty. Amaro del Capo offered by the house. Honest price spent for 2 people €65.00. Negative notes the wobbly chairs and mine also not perfectly clean. Presence of insects a little annoying. Recommended.

29/06/2025: Unfortunately, a cloud of dust hung over the mountains the entire day, so the mountains couldn't show off their beautiful beauty. The hotel is a lovingly run family business. Rekardo, who spoke good German, helped us a lot, e.g., (helped us jump-start our motorcycle), explained things, and gave us tips. A great hotel team. Thank you for the lovely, full breakfast.

29/06/2025: Very friendly manager and staff. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the money. Our corner room had a somewhat small bathroom with a bathtub. Everything seemed newly renovated, and we had a small balcony with a lake view. Right on the street. Unfortunately, the street noise was a bit loud at peak times. But nothing that wouldn't stop us from booking again. Very animal-friendly. Our small dog was very welcome, even on the pebble beach. Water shoes are recommended. Sunbeds with umbrellas and towels were free. The town of Stresa was about 3 km away. Easily accessible on foot along the road. Not advisable due to the narrow streets. We recommend this small, friendly hotel. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Several German TV channels and free Wi-Fi (only available in the hotel)

29/04/2025: Incredibly delicious meat and the service is super friendly. The owner is very accommodating. Away from tourism and fair prices and portions. Highly recommended if you are on vacation here. Even if it's not typical Italian cuisine, there are local wines and the food is definitely worth a visit.

07/07/2025: Beach resort open for many months of the year, family-run with great kindness and professionalism! Good restaurant for a quick lunch but also for Sunday lunch, with choice and quality of products! Absolutely to try Seafood Salad! Numerous versions of Spritz! Recommended!

23/06/2025: Enchanting location and equally surprising dishes. Raw materials of absolute quality, worked with mastery and wisdom in the kitchen. Dishes that combine tradition and innovation, beautiful to look at and excellent to eat. We were here two days in a row and I was able to try appetizers, first courses and second courses, all extremely tasty. Many of the raw materials are produced directly by the property, including the cured meats. And you can taste it. For those who come to Sansepolcro this is an address not to be missed.

10/07/2025: A culinary masterpiece in Prato: Even 6 stars wouldn't be enough! What an evening! What we experienced at this restaurant in Prato was simply fantastic and deserves far more than just five stars. It was a feast for the senses, from the warm welcome to the last, unforgettable bite. As soon as we entered, we were greeted personally by the chef, which immediately gave the evening a very personal touch. The service was excellent, attentive, and always unobtrusive throughout the evening. Another highlight was the personalized advice from the chef herself on the dishes on the daily menu – an appreciation rarely experienced and which gave us deep insights into the philosophy and passion behind the creations. A wine journey of the highest order The wine recommendation was simply amazing! I've never tasted a better Vermentino – this white wine was a revelation and paired perfectly with our appetizers. The recommendation for the main course, a local Feronio, was so fitting that we spontaneously decided to change our itinerary to visit the wine-growing region. The fact that the chef even put us in touch with the winemaker demonstrates the exceptional hospitality and desire to offer guests a completely perfect experience. Culinary delights you'll never forget The dishes themselves were of a quality rarely found. For our starter, we chose the "Nel blu dipinto di blu" – a variation of three fishes that, eaten in the recommended order, were an absolute delight. The subtle nuances and freshness of the ingredients were simply impressive. The pickled anchovies with cucumber and celery were also a delight, sending the taste buds on a wonderful journey. The primi piatti continued this delight: the stuffed shrimp ravioli with pesto Genovese and zucchini blossoms were a dream. Perfectly balanced in size and filling, they were the best homemade ravioli I've ever eaten – a true homage to Italian culinary art. The spaghetti with butter and anchovies was also a highlight. Perfectly cooked "al dente," the anchovy sauce melted into a homogenous culinary delight that melted in the mouth. But the highlight was the secondi piatti: a duck breast with glazed carrots and three sauces. The duck breast was crispy and cooked to perfection, while the three sauces formed a creamy blend of individual components, the likes of which I've never experienced before. Each component was a small work of art in its own right, and together they created a harmony that was simply captivating. All in all, it was an incredibly fine, delicious, and wonderful evening. The entire team, with passion and dedication, created an experience that went far beyond an ordinary restaurant visit. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience and the wonderful conversations! We will never forget this evening in Prato and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

29/06/2025: Unfortunately, to get to the place, Google Maps takes you through very rough dirt roads that are impossible to do at night... I recommend going through Monte Fiascone. In addition, the place, although partially outdoors, allows the public to smoke, cigars and whatever else without having the slightest consideration for those who don't like it, perhaps dividing the place into smoking and non-smoking areas.
