25/08/2025: We went because of the good reviews. Dinner at 7:00 PM. Pasta with cod. Upon arrival, they served us in English, repeating that we could arrive an hour after checkout. We accepted. They put us at a table with other people, separated by a decoration. We ordered two spritzes. The menu had good prices. The woman was stressed, just like the waiter, because we didn't understand we had a time limit for dinner. !? I'm 52 years old, and they've never set a time limit for dinner, and we were arriving at 7:00 PM. The limited menu didn't have any pasta with cod. We left. We paid for the two spritzes. And we wanted to drink them on the outside tables. That's not the case either. We had to stand in a corner. For some reason. Was something falling from above? I don't know what, nothing fell the whole time we were outside. And there were parasols. Terrible.

05/09/2025: We visited this trattoria last week, and after having had a wonderful evening, we decided to repeat the last night of our vacation, coming specifically from Ceglie. The service is excellent; the staff are very kind, attentive, and helpful. The dishes are exceptional, tasty, plentiful, and beautifully presented. There's no waiting, just the right amount of time for a relaxed dinner. We had a wonderful time both evenings, definitely the best we had in two weeks here in Salento. Thanks to all the staff for their excellent work and passion.

Prices reasonable for the location. Trained, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Internal parking. Ample outdoor space.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail that distinguishes the hotel. The location is ideal for fully enjoying the area. The attached restaurant deserves special mention. Every meal was a true delight, with dishes combining authentic flavors and exquisite presentation. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the service is always attentive and courteous. However, what made our experience truly unforgettable was the discreet yet essential presence of Mr. Renato. His sensitivity and innate ability to anticipate our every need made all the difference. With his availability and genuine smile, he managed to create a serene and relaxing atmosphere, making us feel pampered and at ease at all times. He's not only an exemplary professional, but also a person who genuinely cares about the well-being of his guests. The attractive presentation also plays a role in engaging the diner. The menu is well-structured and stimulates curiosity. This is where the willingness to offer advice and provide detailed information on ingredients and preparation methods comes in. A dinner that stands out from the crowd.

18/08/2025: We had a great aperitif, trying to sample as much as possible. The canned tuna will always be in my heart. The atmosphere is refined, and the owners are very friendly and took great care to explain all the dishes to us. I forgot to mention that all the accompanying sauces are homemade. We'll definitely be back.

06/09/2025: Dishes of questionable quality (for a Michelin-starred restaurant, that is)... describing a dish as 1 tomato and a cherry tomato salad with a little oil and salt seems a bit extreme to me... the price paid for the 10-course menu didn't seem commensurate with the offerings... the wine tasting left us even more perplexed by the quantity and quality (there were many glasses, but the portions were so small that it seemed more like a sampling... in our opinion, it would have been better to serve fewer but at least half-filled, especially given the price). The final impression is that the cuisine is more radical chic than substantial. We were truly disappointed given our expectations. What a shame.

07/09/2025: Sara served us after touring the Valley of the Temples. We were exhausted from the heat and a little hungry. This restaurant, attached to the gas station, is an oasis in the desert. Excellent grilled vegetables.
