An old-fashioned restaurant. Fixed menu. You sit down and eat the dishes the restaurant offers for everyone. I love these places. Excellent quality food, old-fashioned service, and in my case, super-quality because they're available for every request. The wine included in the menu is excellent, because it's not in bulk but from a top-quality local winery. As soon as I can, I'll definitely return to enjoy the food and the view we shared during our experience. Well done!

Generous dishes, delicious appetizers, first and second courses, and excellent quality meat! The hand-chopped raw beef tartare is a must.

We went to "Il Faro" restaurant for my nephew's First Communion and had a wonderful time. It's a simple place that retains that authentic and genuine atmosphere of the '80s and '90s, a "pure" setting that immediately makes you feel at home. The staff is extremely kind and the owners are incredibly welcoming, always attentive to every detail. The food is abundant, to say the least, but the quantity doesn't compromise the quality, which remains excellent from appetizer to dessert. We're from the Marche region, and I can confidently say that, every time we return to Alba, "Il Faro" will be our regular stop. Highly recommended!

Truly spectacular restaurant. They serve several courses, with some dishes even offering seconds. All delicious Piedmontese cuisine. The set menu includes three appetizers, two first courses, one second course, and dessert. Wine is included in the price. I'll definitely be back!

2017 Simply exceptional! Recommended for enjoying the Langhe region. 2026: The menu changed. Personally, I won't repeat the experience. Friendly wait staff.

07/12/2025: The veal with tuna sauce was so-so, tasted like anchovies but not tuna, and was too dry. The agnolotti al plin were excellent, the tagliata was below expectations, and the dessert was good. All in all, a bit pricey!

13/03/2026: Mid-March, at noon, whether you choose a table on the veranda or not, you'll be seated in the sun or shade. Ambient music is played through three speakers (the sound is loud but of very good quality). Six radiant heaters are available for cooler days and evenings. The appetizers served with the spritz are delicious and beautifully presented.
11/02/2026: We dropped in after a very positive experience by chance a few months ago. We returned, and as soon as we entered, the owner greeted us warmly and with exceptional friendliness. He listened to our requests and immediately set to work preparing our cocktails with great skill! The result? Truly excellent! The appetizers on the accompanying plate were also delicious. Everything was wonderfully accompanied by excellent blues music chosen for us by the owner, which we greatly appreciated. The young staff were friendly and very kind! Thank you. See you soon! I highly recommend it!
