14/08/2024: Genuine and tasty flavours, excellent appetizers, exceptional caponata, excellent handmade macaroni sauces. The beef tartare with citrus fruits is amazing. To try.

13/08/2024: Normal restaurant with plenty of seats, the service is courteous but a little slow, it must be said that there were a lot of us so it could fit. the food is normal: rich starter, first courses nothing exceptional but the grilled meat is very good! we found the local wine to be avoided.

21/08/2024: Premessa: è complicato prenotare, ma ne vale la pena. Trattoria tenuta in maniera maniacale, ha una trentina di posti a sedere e quindi il locale si riempie presto, difficile che faccia un secondo turno. Tradotto fa il minimo indispensabile! Ma lo fa in maniera eccellente e si vede che ci mette cuore e passione. Dopo una giornata passata inutilmente a provare a chiamare siam passati alle 19:30 per vedere se il titolare ci facesse accomodare, aveva già tutto prenotato, ma visto che avevamo una bambina con noi ci ha promesso che appena si liberava il primo tavolo ci avrebbe servito. Aspettare ne è valsa la pena. Abbiam preso un tagliere misto ed è stata la prima piacevole scoperta, una composizione buonissima che abbiam divorato in due. Poi abbiam preso un orecchietta al sugo per la bambina, un orecchietta alle rape ed un piatto del giorno (tortelli con ripieno in salsa di funghi e burrata)... spettacolari. Credo che pure i secondi piatti fossero eccezionali, ma eravamo già pieni ed abbiamo optato per un semifreddo al cioccolato con ripieno ai fichi (per chiudere in bellezza). Prezzi modici e sicuramente bassi per la qualità mangiata. Da provare.

18/07/2024: 80s disco style place with mirrors everywhere. Very good pizza and desserts. Fast service. Very cute and efficient Bangladeshi waitress. Medium-high prices.

21/07/2024: When we say THE CASE: it so happened that, having received several Smartboxes among the wedding gifts, we used one to treat ourselves to an evening of tasting. We book and already notice kindness and professionalism. Once we arrive on site we find a very intimate and reserved place where Davide welcomes us and explains our offer which included a vegetarian tasting menu but, if we want, we can vary it with the various proposals on the weekly menu (which is absolutely not a given in other places) very vast, both fish and meat. We order 2 first courses and 2 second courses of fish: tagliatelle with squid and rocket, paccheri with bream sauce, second course swordfish tartare with toasted almonds, spinach and lemon zest salad, sea bass on a bed of courgettes. ALL DIVINE, prepared with care of the detail of a starred restaurant! Especially the tagliatelle, a real JOURNEY! P.s. given the size of the venue, booking is highly recommended. Do it! You won't regret it. Thank you Davide and all the staff for your kindness first and foremost and for the love you put into your work. We will definitely be back and not alone.

20/07/2024: Truly a nice discovery. You eat divinely. There is a menu of the week with different dishes from the à la carte menu. Small but comfortable and friendly environment. Friendly and pleasant staff. Excellent value for money. Absolutely to return. Thank you

21/07/2024: Questo posto è consigliabile solo a chi predilige posizione e panorama. Per il resto, servizio scadente e conto troppo salato per la poca quantità d carne (6 pezzettini) e una patata condita con Philadelphia. Nn c torno sicuramente.

21/07/2024: Posto ottimo per un pranzo come per una cena, una volta arrivati saranno i vostri occhi a rendervi l'idea della bellezza e la tranquillità che vi circonda. La loro specialità è la carne alla brace ma anche il resto della cucina è buona e curata dall'antipasto al dolce. Se volete chiudere o iniziare in bellezza una visita al borgo di Bussana passate di qui, con la simpatia e la cordialità del personale avrete un piacevole ricordo di ciò che offre questo borgo degli artisti.

28/07/2024: Today I had lunch for the first time in this restaurant and I was very happy with everything. Very nice dishes and high quality. The waitress very professional. Very difficult to find a restaurant like this in the area. The only thing I recommend is to modify the linguine with seafood which, even if it was good, the flavor of the octopus covered all the rest of the smells and flavours. Advised

Excellent ham Rest of the food decent. Truly cheerful and friendly staff, including the owners who spent time with us at the end of the meal. Absolutely worth trying.

21/06/2024: We have been coming regularly to the restaurant "Il Verso del Ghiottone" in Dogliani for almost 20 years and are thrilled every time. The seasonal menus interpret local specialties in a modern way and combine the highest culinary art with traditional craftsmanship. The family atmosphere, the wonderful art on the walls and the friendly team inspired us to celebrate our wedding party with 60 people in our favorite restaurant "Il Verso del Ghiottone" and it was simply perfect. After a reception in the garden, we had a delicious 5-course menu at long, white-covered tables in the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the festival and we remember this great event with joy! Thank you very much! We would like to come again!

06/08/2024: After visiting the Museo Ferrari, we stopped for the lunch at the pizzeria L'Incontro, located next to the museum. The food was very good, the staff very friendly and the restaurant had the "feeling" of "Ferrari di Maranello". We felt well ! We recommend!
