17/08/2024: Very nice terrace outside with background music and great ambience near castle wall, atmosphere was fantastic. Food was quite overpriced for what we got, I have ordered beef aged for 60 days, it was chewy and so called “grilled vegetables on the side” were consisting of one sliced super tiny carrot zucchini. (Can see from the photo). For this price I would recommend to increase amount of vegetables, or then do not mention them as side dish please. For starter we took toast with meat, bread was very hard to chew. With the main meal, waitress offered to bring bread and it was not fresh either, felt like it was baked several days ago. In general pleasant experience, but we would not go again as this price tag for the food does not match the actual quality/taste.

20/08/2024: We found it by chance while we were going to the WILDLIFE PARK THE CORNELLAS. The kindness, friendliness, speed and above all the exceptional quality. Outdoor area with games for children. Excellent quality/price, in fact the price is too low for the quality, you could easily ask for more. We will definitely return if in the area.

20/05/2024: Servizio inesistente, camerieri che non guardavano il tavolo mai, prezzi sproporziati per un locale che non ha servizio. Cibo buono ma nulla di eccezionali anzi molto nella media. La focaccia era dura e con 7 centimetri di mollica. Pessimo.

31/07/2024: If six stars existed then it would be the only structure to truly deserve them in every way, because until now I had never tried the experience of a starred cuisine and you can see the difference and how! The attention and creativity in the combinations and contrasts of acidity that always balanced all the courses. A journey full of surprises that is worth experiencing. We chose the Gourmé Carne route. Congratulations!👏👏

27/08/2024: So happy we stumbled upon this place while driving through Vittorio! Food is simple but so good, exactly what I want from Italian food. Had the best mellanzana parmigiana of my life. Pastas all taste homemade with a nice chewy texture and the millefolgie desset was light, crispy and delicious. Service was great and the restaurant itself has well thought out and tasteful decor. Would 100% recommend dining here!

23/08/2024: All you can say is, original Italian, it couldn't be better. Located in the middle of the market square of Vitterio Vineto. The iPad menu was new to me.

21/08/2024: We ate in this really nice and romantic place. The staff were very kind and courteous. We took a parmigiana and caramelized onions. Very very good, just a little salt was missing in the parmigiana. Then we had the very good filey with seafood, well cooked and with good quality products, here too a pinch of extra salt wouldn't have hurt. Finally, a smoked risotto which was a nice little surprise: a risotto with a cream of local pecorino cheese and perfectly crisped bacon (it exploded in the mouth, pulverising on the palate), a truly well-constructed dish. We left happy and satisfied.

18/08/2024: We had dinner last night in this enchanting place that smells of tradition, but at the same time knows how to keep up with the times. On a Saturday evening in August, full of tourists, we had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Cave appetizer x 2 (really delicious sweet and sour red onions) Eggplant parmigiana and Primo di Grotta, cooked really well, flavors that are enhanced together with the typical Calabrian fresh pasta. Impeccable service, very good. Honest account. We really had a great time, super recommended for anyone on holiday in Tropea.

24/08/2024: Terrible organisation I have never been able to sit down due to several bad policies I have to book first... Ok I'll book I arrive and they tell me I have to wait.. Perfect, I'm waiting... I find a table suitable for children So I say I let them eat since it's late, I eat standing or I don't eat, no problem I get told no etc I'll stop here because everyone has the same argument Today I decided to write and never go there again Ps first time I've ever written negative reviews but here they deserve it

23/07/2024: Our AirBnb host recommended this restaurant and we were so glad he did. We were sort of lamenting over how we didn’t have an absolutely stand out meal in Rome, but a visit to Le Vele changed that! We started with a bottle of lovely white wine (a frascati from Lazio) and the tris tartare - tuna, salmon and sea bass delicately marinated and served on a very thin cracker. The fish was so fresh and delicious. For dinner, my husband and son shared the cod baked in salt with potatoes, my older son had calamari fritti, and I had pasta with shrimp and zucchini flowers sauce. We were all very happy with our meals. The waiter brought fresh, hot (a first for us in Rome) bread which was addictive! The fish was presented to my husband and then brought back to be filleted and deboned. My son ate almost all of it and he’s not one to finish a meal. I practically licked the plate of my pasta, it was so good. We ended up having crème brûlée, tiramisu, and the chocolate torta for dinner and all were good, but the chocolate torte was served in a beautifully decorated pool of rich custard sauce. The service was prompt and the staff polite. If we ever come back to Rome, I would come back!

15/07/2024: The restaurant is located a little bit from the big road, but is a discovery. The have authentic delicious Italian dishes. Their limoncello is also great.

27/08/2024: Il posto è molto carino, in particolare lo spazio fuori in cui io e le mie amiche abbiamo mangiato. La pizza è strepitosa perché non ti fa convocare inoltre il fritto è molto asciutto. Il personale è cortese e gentile e il ragazzo quello più giovane che serve ai tavoli è molto carino e di bella presenza

02/07/2024: If you are ever in Verona and love great seafood this is the best place to visit. We had an amazing pasta dish with raw fish that I would recommend to anyone. Will definitely visit again.

28/06/2024: If you are up for it and looking for a fantastic night/dinner out - this is the place!!! Even though this is right next to a car park, ie okay perhaps the surroundings are not the best, but the food is AND that is vital. I (we) hope to be back in the future...
