01/11/2025: This was my first time there, and I found it very interesting and welcoming. The food is very good, and the staff is friendly. It's very tidy and clean, making it a great place to go in a group. Five stars because you deserve it. I'll definitely be back.

01/09/2025: For a couples dinner, we chose Pizzeria Roberto, and we had the best seafood risotto!
Meanwhile, other dishes and pizzas were passing by.

06/11/2025: I ate here for a birthday.
The space is large, with rooms that accommodate many customers, which means the noise level is above average, especially when there are groups of children and teenagers who are barely supervised.
The service is confusing; the waiters serve each pizza with its own name without informing the customer whether the pizzas have different toppings or not. This caused confusion in our case, because identical pizzas with added or removed toppings were delivered to people who hadn't requested them.
The pizzas aren't exceptional, but the price is reasonable for the food and service.

05/10/2025: The service was very attentive and spoke excellent English.
The food was phenomenal. We had ravioli with porcini mushrooms and sage butter for the starter, and lasagna with porcini mushrooms for the main course. The dessert, a hazelnut cake, was also excellent.
You can taste the love that goes into making it. The ingredients are of good quality, and it's nice to see that they offer regional and seasonal dishes. Above all, there was a large vegetarian selection.

12/11/2025: The restaurant has a very unwelcoming appearance (both inside and out), but in the end, the food is good! We had a pizza and pasta carbonara, which were both delicious. It just goes to show, never judge a book by its cover!

04/11/2025: A diner/restaurant where you immediately feel at home as soon as you enter. The owner is exceptional, and the staff is very friendly and polite, always ready to accommodate your requests. The best-stocked canteen in Bari, with numerous options for both first and second courses. If there's something you don't like (a difficult situation), the staff will do their best to prepare other express alternatives not available at the counter. Excellent prices. Recommended.

08/11/2025: I went for dinner yesterday and had a great time. It's an elegant place, but the atmosphere is simple and welcoming, the staff is friendly and competent, the food is delicious, and the price is fair. There were a lot of people in the dining room, but I was able to converse with my three companions. Rating 8+.
PS. I'm a postman, and I've had to deliver mail to hotels. I remember the melancholy and despair of the COVID years. The evening is like compensation. I thought about the examples economists give to explain the division of labor: one delivers bills and fines, the other offers happy, convivial evenings... luckily there's money, otherwise it would be difficult to reach an agreement.
07/10/2025: A very positive experience 😊 Very nice and well-kept place, impeccable service. Extremely courteous staff, and the waiter accommodated a request I had that wasn't on the menu. They pay close attention to intolerances, and offer many gluten-free options (suitable for celiacs).
Really fair prices, especially considering the quality of the dishes served. My only negative: the gluten-free pizza could have been cooked a little longer; it was a bit pale.
(Bonus: still-warm bread and a greeting from the kitchen with a small pumpkin soup)
Highly recommended!

28/11/2025: An exquisite place. The best pizza I've ever had. The crust is incredibly thin and delicate, with top-quality ingredients. Served by the owners themselves, who boast over 50 years of experience. The only thing I would have added is some background music. Otherwise? Wonderful. I highly recommend the Genoa pizza. A must-visit if you're in Genoa ♥️🍕🇮🇹

20/10/2025: My wife and I just completed our fifth stay at buca di bacco hotel and each trip keeps getting better.From the remodeled rooms to the new breakfast set up it keeps getting better. My advice is stay at least a week so you can try every pastry at breakfast

01/11/2025: I practically grew up with their excellent dishes!
The staff is friendly and professional.
Here you'll find traditional Lucca and Tuscan dishes.
The Zuppa alla Frantoiana is excellent, the farro soup is fantastic, and the pasta with wild boar ragù is special.
But the best are the tordelli Lucchesi. Here you'll find the real ones, the ones that stay a little firm and don't sag, accompanied by an excellent ragù. In short, for me, they're the best around!
The main courses are also excellent: the cacciucco, the peposo, and the wild boar stew with olives (one of the best in all of Lucca, and perhaps Tuscany, I'm not kidding).
The pizza is also excellent; I recommend the buffalo mozzarella and sausage!
31/10/2025: A good lunch with a set menu or seafood options. Fast service. Reservations are recommended. Larger portions are available unless you're looking for something else on the set menu, which still costs €12. Thin-crust pizzas are also available at lunchtime.
