17/08/2025: First of all, the welcome was very warm and perfect, the family breakfast was very good, the first and second courses were top-notch, 👏🏻 in short... excellent dinner, luckily pampered by a divinely cool breeze. Another detail... also pampered by the blue color of the pool next to the room. Last but not least, the property's wine cellar is exceptional. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. The owner and staff were very kind and patient, high level of professionalism, everyone was great 👏🏻

01/10/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province of Lecce. I've known it for many years, and every time I go, it's always a surprise. It's one of the few that satisfies me in every way. Excellent food, excellent service, and a stunning location.

23/09/2025: I really don't like leaving negative reviews. In fact I never do (truly I'm not just saying this) because I know the effect they can have an a business. However I think people should get a glimpse of the restaurant before coming here to spend a ton of money for subpar quality food. How can you be a in a region with an absolute surplus of olive oil and have food this bland at exorbiant prices. I don't think there was a grain of salt on any dish. It's also criminal to call an appetizer red prawns then get 4 pieces of the tail of a prawn that is barely bigger than a finger nail. I would have also rather been spared the "mixed greens" under my octopus as it was just that. Mixed green with nothing on them and majority of the leaves were rotten. Also a lobster pasta dish in which it requires you to crack your own lobster with your hands? Trying to make food into something "artistic" is the downfall of dining. Put something on the late that is worth eating and priced fairly. 45 minutes between starters and mains is a no for me as well. Rest assured this is an honest review....sadly

The restaurant is very clean, the service professional and friendly. We really enjoyed the food – from appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious. A large selection of wines will please every gastronomy lover. Simply a restaurant with everything! I recommend it to everyone who loves good food, wine and honest cuisine. A great place for true gourmets. 👌🍷

21/09/2025: In the center of town! Since the hotel is in a restricted traffic zone, they pointed us to a free parking lot a 5-minute walk away. The town is beautiful, with its planetarium clock and frescoes, including the Danse Macabre. Easy trails start from the center. The hotel is welcoming. It also serves as a restaurant! The room is small but comfortable, with a large bathroom. My partner and I only stayed for one night. The breakfast buffet was simple. They also have gluten-free options upon request, but unfortunately, they only serve packaged food!

08/11/2025: Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced! The bread served before the meal was amazing, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – the best bread I've had in Milan these past few days, no exaggeration! There was only one server and the owner, who were incredibly friendly. 🥹 The menu is only in Italian; I recommend using ChatGPT to translate it – it's quite accurate! No disappointments on the menu; the pasta dishes were all very flavorful, perfectly seasoned. One dish that was particularly special was Risotto con agrumi di Sicilia e gambero laccato al miele e brandy – Sicilian citrus risotto with honey brandy grilled shrimp! Thumbs up!

We even had the pleasure of a brief visit from the kitchen staff, who took the time to explain more about the food. It's a highly recommended spot to enjoy a fantastic time, surrounded by many locals, which adds to the special, almost family-like atmosphere. A truly memorable experience.
