A lovely and family-friendly beach with fair prices and excellent coffee. We spent one of our most beautiful holidays of 2023 here in October. Our then 7-month-old son was so happy there and saw and bathed in the sea for the first time. Grazie mille, ci vediamo!

Immer wieder kommen wir sehr gerne hierhin. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und die Speisen sehr frisch. Alles (Liegen, Strand, Toiletten) sind immer sehr sauber.

Beachfront with umbrellas and hamacas, well kept and a surprisingly good restaurant. You don’t expect much from a place with a captive audience. Most folk are quite happy with indifferent stuff if its yards from the umbrella they’ve just been snoring under. Good pizza, a bit of imagination in the salads and pasta, worth a lunch even if you are not on their beach. Slick service.

Eccezionale, servizio e piatti di ottimo qualità. Prezzi giusti primi piatti tra i 15-18€ linguine all astice 26€ bistecca di tonno 16€ ottima anche la frittura di pesce

Erg lekker gegeten bij het retaurant van het mooie grote Lido. Ruime keuze op de kaart met supersnelle en goede bediening. Heerlijke gerechte, goede wijn we hadden een.nogalmachtig maar overheerlijk dessert van tiramisu met pistache.

Creo que nunca estuve tan a gusto en un lugar.. La comida excelente, el mejor Risotto que he probado, pedí el de mariscos porfavor QUE LOCURA!!! es que me acuerdo y ya da hasta hambre!!!! La pizza de mi pareja también estaba de 10!!!!! Los camareros súper atentos, el vino que pedimos fue excelente también.. buen precio todo fue 50€! Nada mal, disfruta de las vistas hacia Taormina, el sonido del mar al lado, psssff belleza! Gracias por la atención!

La Buona Forchetta

29/03/2024: One of the best foods in Sicilia. Even if it was first time I had all bunch of italian food in plastic dishes 😋, still a great place to go if you are in Messina.

Villa Ducale Restaurant

06/11/2023: 5 stars is not enough to sing the praises of the Villa Ducale! This stylish and magical hotel was the 1st stop on our honeymoon. My husband and I arrived cranky after the airline lost our luggage. But any upset we felt was immediately forgotten the second we stepped foot on this beautiful property where we were met by the kindest staff who greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and a snack, and showed us to THE most stunning hotel room with a private terrace overlooking all of Taormina, the sea, and Mt. Etna. The views, comfort, cleanliness, and gracious staff are enough to make this a 5-start experience, but the food takes it over the top. With a wide-selection breakfast buffet and exceptional dinner, these were some of the best meals we had on our 12 day vacation eating our way across several cities. The Ducale is truly a dream, don't hesitate, book it!
14/10/2023: We came twice despite, sadly, we were staying somewhere else. Food and service were great. Views something else. Next time we come to Taormina we will most definitely stay at the hotel
