Recommended by a local, best steak we have had in a long time. Very little English spoken but able to communicate effectively. Full of local Italians and very reasonably priced excellent food. Will go again if in town!

A great authentic Roman family restaurant. We had New Year's Eve dinner here and it was excellent. We also went for lunch the second day and were not disappointed. Quite the opposite

We really liked the place! The food was great, the service fantastic :) the atmosphere authentic and pleasant. We would certainly come back and can recommend it to everybody.

It was Sunday, and half my family and I decided to eat out for lunch. I got the wrong phone number and ended up booking here by mistake... but as they say, "blind luck" (at least in Rome), I have to say I had a great time (I'll reconsider the next time I return). Great location, impeccable service, and delicious, well-chosen dishes, at least for me. We were all happy and must return to try their pizzas.

07/05/2026: Quite expensive, the dough was tasty, the mushrooms were okay, and the "arancini" was an outrage. The staff, however, were very friendly.

15/05/2026: Popeye Pizza in Rome is top notch. Amazing crust and toppings. Small place with great service. I love great pizza by the slice. You pick the size of your slice if not ordering a full pizza. I purchased a small bottle of red along with my pizza slice. 10€
