26/05/2025: Prese tre pizze da asporto : orribile la prosciutto e funghi con prosciutti e funghi buttati sopra (e crudi) immagino a pizza cotta. Pareva quasi un prodotto ancora da "assemblare" : finita purtroppo direttamente nel cestino . Non so ai tavoli cosa viene servito dal pizzaiolo ma spero non siano le stesse pizze....

24/06/2025: Rich and fresh appetizers, decent first courses but we stop there on the positive side because the environment is chaotic, the portions are small, the second courses were nothing exceptional and the house wine was a bit acidic. Finally, it must be noted that the service is very rude, specifically there was an elderly lady and another gentleman who gave answers that bordered on antipathy. Ps To order the dishes you do not speak to the waiter, as usually happens in other restaurants, but you use A4 sheets with Bic pens on which the orders are written by hand. The compilation phase was very challenging for us given the difficulty in interpreting the cursive writing of the (I presume) restaurateurs.

26/05/2025: An absolutely fantastic environment, a friendly and very kind owner, dishes that are nothing short of exceptional and cost much less than many other pizzerias, I recommend this place to everyone.

25/05/2025: Even though we are not regular customers, when we are in the area and we want to enjoy a delicious pizza, we stop by Simonetta, who always welcomes us with a smile and a cuddle. Comfortable, clean environment and nice atmosphere, wide choice of pizzas with doughs for all palates. The ingredients on the pizzas are first choice. Not just pizzas, for those who want, there is the possibility of choosing the restaurant menu. Reservations are recommended on weekends. Well done Simonetta, thanks also to all the staff.

24/06/2025: We only took lunch here, we had pizzas and deserts. Everything was really tasty and the service was impecabile.

16/06/2025: We had dinner at the restaurant before a flight from the nearby airport. Tasty and well-made dishes, although a bit skimpy in the appetizers (one anchovy per bruschetta, no more). Be careful with the wine by the glass, it is better to buy whole bottles. They tend to be clever by serving the amount of a glass for two people. And they get offended if you point it out to them. Approximate service, presumptuous staff and not very inclined to customer complaints.

01/06/2025: Ho cenato presso La Pergola per un'occasione speciale, pertanto ho apprezzato moltissimo l'atmosfera calda e familiare del posto. Quel che mi ha colpita particolarmente, oltre allo splendido pergolato grondante limoni dappertutto, è stata la presenza di clientela prevalentemente Procidana (indice, per me, di consolidata stima e fiducia verso i ristoratori). Antipasti, primi e secondi erano deliziosi, abbiamo anche ricevuto un'ottima indicazione per il vino. Se tornassi a Procida non avrei dubbi su dove recarmi per una romantica cena, senza dubbio qui.

10/06/2025: Awesome food: one of the best pasta we had in Italy so far. Service: our server was professional and friendly. Wine: don’t mark up too much and had a great selection. Atmosphere: it was cozy, special, we all loved it. This restaurant has Michelin star since 2007. We counted it and I think they only missed couple years and won every single year after. We are not surprised since their food is spectacular.

08/06/2025: Gosh what an experience! This restaurant deserves all it's praise! The food was outstanding, I am still blown away by how tasty it was! The boar cooked in wine and milk for hours was especially good. The staff were all friendly and executed their jobs very well. I would recommend to anyone. Just be sure to book a table well in advance as they are very busy.

20/06/2025: Upon arrival, we were put on a 20-minute waiting list; we entered after 50 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes before our dishes arrived. I ordered pasta with clams, and it was so salty it burned my lips. I can't recommend it. My partner did like his pasta with potatoes, so I'm giving it two stars. I felt cheated and will never return. We paid €40 for two pastas and a bruschetta.

22/06/2025: We had lunch outside, a pleasant and very quiet as well as intimate environment. The very rich menu, interesting even for the most extravagant in terms of culinary combinations! First, I asked the waiter for advice regarding the typical dishes, yes I didn't ask chat gpt, we maintain human relationships when we can. I "chose" as an appetizer: smoked goose ham with chestnuts in Barolo, first course: agnolotti stuffed with donkey with butter and thyme, second course: horse cheek braised in Barbera accompanied by a glass of Barbera d'Asti, finally a normal coffee and not because I didn't want to try the dessert, recommended to me by the magnificent professional waiter: bônet with flakes of nougat, but rather the portions were so satisfying that I had no more space! The flavors enhanced in each dish, keeping in mind that the dishes I chose have medium/strong flavors so I suggest them to those who like to feel the smoke rather than the wine. Attention to detail greatly appreciated, both towards the customer in recommending and in managing each dish with short and correct times, but also in the service of fresh bread and breadsticks as soon as you sit down, asking if you would like parmesan for the first course, bringing coffee with the option of choosing cane sugar and/or normal sugar (little things that make the difference).

28/05/2025: One of the best dinners I’ve ever had!! The place is cosy, the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is so interesting and delicious. I was not expecting to have pasta with gelato or horse meat with chocolate… but WOW. Thank you!! For sure we will be back soon.

09/05/2025: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean. They even had a hamam feature in the shower. The property is also stunning and cortona is a lovely town. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Tuscany!

07/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato durante tutta la settimana di vacanza, con due cagnolini al seguito. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra, coccolati e trattati benissimo. Locale a conduzione familiare dove si può mangiare di tutto, con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima fattura. Piatti a base di pesce eccezionali, pizza fantastica, tutto molto buono. Rapporto qualità prezzo buonissimo

23/05/2025: The presentation of the dishes is excellent as is their taste. I don't like the style of the place (but this is a subjective opinion). The chairs should be improved, I found them really uncomfortable.

22/05/2025: Llegamos al restaurante por las buenas criticas en Tripadvisor y Google. Hay que tocar el timbre para que abran (es un matrimonio el que atiende, con gente en la cocina, el dueño nos dijo "es como abrir mi casa"). Posee una carta de vinos IMPRESIONANTE (y con vinos de todos los precios, y accesibles). La comida (gourmet) muy rica (platos no abundantes, pero muy sabrosos y diferentes). Precios no economicos pero acordes al servicios brindado. Muy recomendable.
