Nice restaurant and tasty food!

I went with my mom and sister. We started with an aperitif, continued with fillet steak and sliced ​​steak, and finished with an excellent tiramisu. Martina's friendliness—kind, friendly, and attentive—and Nicola's professionalism were noteworthy. They were also welcoming to my sister's poodle. I'll definitely be back!

The food was good but could be improved. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but as for the drinking water, I think they could use a new filter every now and then. It had a lake-like smell, and the taste wasn't great either. Considering that a single dish costs €15, not including coffee, I think the water should at least be good.

We went there with friends for Easter lunch and had a great experience. The dining room, on the first floor, is conveniently accessible by elevator. The interiors are well-appointed, and the staff are friendly. The food is truly delicious; the refined and beautifully presented (but not overdone) dishes were well-received by everyone. We'll probably return to try the pizza, too.

I went with friends and we didn't have a great time: the tagliata was stiff, the cutlets were decent, and the appetizer was good, but it was a shame it was a bit pricey... For two appetizers, a second course each, and a liter of wine by the glass, we spent €172 (€44 CAD).

I've been to La Giara restaurant and, as always, I had a great time. I come here for the quality of the dishes and especially for the opportunity to have Nicola make me tartare, which is always very professional and available to answer any questions.

It's a good Italian restaurant with reasonable prices. The €15 set menu is very good.

A bit late, I'm reviewing my experience at La Giara restaurant, after having been there twice. I can only give absolutely positive feedback about everything, starting with the very welcoming location. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by helpful and smiling waiters, even though I hadn't booked and it was late (after 9 pm). The food I had the opportunity to try filled me up and left me satisfied! I especially loved the pizza with scamorza and speck and the Spritz risotto...in short, I'll be back soon and I highly recommend this place, a truly wonderful discovery!

My experience was quite mixed: on the one hand, the waiters were really kind and attentive, but on the other, it wasn't exactly a great experience because the Picanha was inedible. Completely greasy and full of sinew, it was truly uneatable. The appetizer tartare was good and prepared in front of you by a truly professional and super kind waiter, and the tiramisu was no tiramisu. Even though my dish was taken away by another waiter to whom I hadn't said anything, the waiter who had served us came to me to ask if the meat was good (he had certainly been warned), a sign of great professionalism. And when I answered directly, he confirmed that they had purchased the wrong cut (which is understandable). The only exception is that there's no formal communication with the owner or manager, because in a situation like this you have to offer at least another main course or at least a dessert, not a coffee, which I obviously declined for personal reasons. The restaurant is very large, and I'm sorry for this negative experience, considering it's a nice restaurant.
