09/09/2025: We highly recommend this restaurant; the staff is super friendly, quick, and accommodating. There's no set tip here, as mentioned in some reviews; it's the cover charge, like everywhere else in Italy. If that bothers you, you shouldn't go.

08/09/2025: The restaurant overlooks the main street, making it very convenient for strolling through the shops after dinner/lunch. It's also very well-decorated and spacious, with both indoor and outdoor dining. The service is excellent; the waiters are super helpful, kind, and always smiling. The food is truly delicious; we ordered several dishes to try as many as possible. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed with any of the dishes, not even the dessert! (I absolutely recommend the trio of bonbons!) Thank you for a wonderful evening; if I weren't from Rome, I'd be back as soon as possible!

21/08/2025: Even though we hadn't booked, they were very helpful and seated us immediately. The food was very well prepared, excellent, and beautifully presented! Only at the end of the meal did we discover that many celebrities who pass through San Quirico stop there, and now I can understand why! A beautiful, welcoming, and secluded little spot! Lunch or dinner there is a must if you're passing through!

20/08/2025: Spending a few days in Val d'Orcia, one of the things I really wanted to do was have a Tuscan dinner, and I can only say I found the perfect place. The dishes were truly delicious: the duck pici were as good as the ribollita. The Florentine steak was exquisite and perfectly cooked. The tiramisu cream made me want to eat more and more. The service was truly friendly and kind, as well as very attentive. I would return to this area even just to try the other dishes on the menu.

18/08/2025: My wife and I had lunch last Saturday at this restaurant, where we've been before. As on other occasions, it was a truly satisfying experience. We opted for two four-course tasting menus, requesting a change to the appetizer, accompanied by a bottle of Roero Arneis from Negro. The amuse bouche alone were worth the trip! Then, the appetizer, which we chose instead of the tomato puree included in the menu, was an excellent "Hokkaido scallop, kiwi, green apple, and avocado." This complex dish successfully balanced the various flavors, although, based on personal taste, we expected the scallop to dominate, which instead was lost. The first course was the "24-month-aged Parmigiano buttons, clams, and mint consommé": what can we say other than that this will be one of the dishes we'll remember for a long time? A dish that reveals meticulous attention to detail: exceptional veal and mint consommé. On the palate, the button accompanied by clams, and the consommé is perfect in the balance of such diverse flavors, all perfectly balanced. A dish you wish would never end, and it almost moved me. For the main course, "Amberjack, garden zucchini, and Livorno-style caciucco," featuring amberjack perfectly grilled, accompanied by a bisque that recalls the flavors of the caciucco, and various versions of zucchini from their garden. The pre-dessert was excellent: chopped strawberries marinated in three different vinegars, placed on a sort of basil cream and covered with sheep's milk ricotta topped with tomato powder, all accompanied by a very unique and delicious juice, the fruit of a long preparation. Truly delicious, as was the dessert, "Yuzu curd and exotic fruits," a truly exquisite creation. The small pastries accompanying the coffees (four ingenious reinterpretations of four desserts, including bonet, pavlova, and lollypop) were the perfect complement to a journey that allowed us to reach the end without feeling weighed down. A special mention goes to the young man who supervised us, who we can reasonably expect to have a bright future in the often-underestimated art of service. As for the cuisine, it's not our place to celebrate Chef Musso, but our thanks and best wishes for the future go to the sous chef, who gave us the opportunity to delve deeper into the conception of the dishes and who was interested in our opinions. The tasting menu costs €90, and in my unquestionable opinion, it's worth every penny once you understand the work that goes into these creations. We'll be back again and again ❤️

16/08/2025: We dined at the restaurant and the chefs took us on a journey from Piedmont to other countries of their imagination. The chefs came to present each dish to us! What simplicity, what magnificent cuisine, simple and inventive. The tomato, an amazing dish! What a joy! What a beautiful place and such attentive staff. We will definitely return to this magical place!

24/08/2025: It was a revelation... unexpected... and how cheerful the atmosphere exudes... it's so nice to have a jar full of markers to draw with or leave a message on the placemats!!! The Tordelli Lucchesi are delicious!!! We'll definitely be back!!!!

12/09/2025: Excellent trattoria in the Spanish Quarter. I'd been there three years ago with fond memories, and today they were no exception. Family-run, and when you walk in, you feel right at home! Truly excellent value! Every time you pass through Naples, you have to stop by!

07/09/2025: From the outside, it looks like a delicatessen or other specialty shop, but once inside, you're greeted by a very unique and refined decor. It was more aperitivo time, so we opted for a platter and a cacio crusco (which I recommend). The products are all local and of excellent quality, and the lady who served us was extremely kind and helpful, even explaining the origins of the cured meats and cheeses we were enjoying. If you're in the area, this is a must-visit!

The pizzas were the best that I have tried in Italy - I particularly recommend the pizza with prosciutto crudo and gorgonzola - it was perfect im every way. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere - definitely recommend to anyone visiting Pozzuoli or an area nearby!

30/07/2025: A pochi passi dal centro di Caserta potrai trovare Pepenero un ristorante e pizzeria che merita una sosta. Il locale è moderno, ben curato e accogliente. Il personale è gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Il menù è veramente qualcosa di unico. Pepenero offre un'ampia scelta di antipasti, primi e secondi di mare e di terra realizzati con prodotti freschi e buona qualità. La cucina di Pepenero non è solo tipica casertana ma si potranno trovare dei buonissimi piatti realizzati con le eccellenze del territorio italiano. Pepenero non è solo ristorante ma anche pizzeria. Oltre alla classica pizza napoletana potrai assaggiare le pizze cotte nei "routiello" con degli abbinamenti azzeccati e veramente unici. Ottimi anche i dolci, oltre al babá e alla delizia al limone, consiglio il mandorlato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
