27/10/2025: It's not the first time I've left this restaurant very disappointed, I think and hope it will be a long time before I set foot there again. The price is too high for a restaurant, with waiters lacking good manners and ability in the dining room. Having understood the food, the appetizer trolley was meager (citation needed, we'll come back later..... more seen in reality) and too expensive for the ingredients. The first courses were pathetic and reported. They were left on the table and found on the bill. 60 euros for an appetizer trolley and a first course.

26/10/2025: Last night I had dinner at Le Guaiane and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The quality of the fish is truly top-notch, and you can immediately taste the freshness of every dish. The oyster counter is also a wonderful idea: they bring them to your table on a trolley and open them right in front of you, a gesture that highlights the product and makes the tasting experience even more special. Fantastic oysters, uniquely delicious. A special thanks to Andrea and Giulia, who accompanied us throughout the evening with kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. They provided precise advice, attention to detail, and were always attentive but never intrusive. It's rare to find service like this. My compliments, I'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: We came here for dinner on the recommendation of a friend who was in the area. It's truly a classy restaurant, with truly excellent and fresh fish, a delicious and generous platter of raw fish, and the second course of the day recommended by the waiter was amazing. The desserts were also excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and always smiling. The prices were absolutely fair for the quality. Parking was a bit difficult to find, but unfortunately, as is the case everywhere in Rome, at least they have a parking lot in front that, if you're lucky, offers some free spots. Highly recommended.

07/10/2025: A very positive experience 😊 Very nice and well-kept place, impeccable service. Extremely courteous staff, and the waiter accommodated a request I had that wasn't on the menu. They pay close attention to intolerances, and offer many gluten-free options (suitable for celiacs). Really fair prices, especially considering the quality of the dishes served. My only negative: the gluten-free pizza could have been cooked a little longer; it was a bit pale. (Bonus: still-warm bread and a greeting from the kitchen with a small pumpkin soup) Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: The paccheri with octopus ragù was good. Service was quick and efficient. I didn't like the gourmet cleanup despite the well-risen dough. We also had a Margherita for the child, but it was practically inedible due to the quality of the mozzarella (it had a bad smell). The pizza prices were excessive. The atmosphere was very nice.

The restaurant captures the true spirit of Piedmont in every detail: a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and, of course, authentic and delicious cuisine. I chose the tasting menu paired with a Dolcetto from Diano d’Alba, and it truly felt like living a piece of real Italian life. Each dish was a journey into Piedmontese tradition – perfectly balanced, flavorful, and prepared with such evident care. I felt like a local Italian, celebrating life through food and wine. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region – a place that wins you over with authenticity and heart. ✨🇮🇹

23/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children) for dinner. We ordered: Carbonara, Amatriciana, grilled calamari, baked sea bream with potatoes... Everything was really good. Very fair price. Mr. Etttore deserves a special mention for his professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy. In Fiumicino, look no further. Come on!!!

25/09/2025: A seafood restaurant in northern Fiumicino, nothing special. Service is a bit slow, and the first courses are a bit garlicky. Warm welcome and very friendly staff. There's no changing table in the bathroom.

05/10/2025: Finally genuine Italian cuisine! Both in pizza and dessert! Very light flavors and delicious recipes! Bravo to the young guys who were there with a smile and enthusiasm. Excellent prices!! I recommend it to anyone who comes to Bologna.

02/10/2025: My experience at the restaurant was wonderful. The pizza was very delicious. I ordered two types. The first was Ortolana with vegetables, potatoes, and smoked eggplant. It was very delicious. The second was Bufalla. Aurora served us very nicely and helped us choose. The place is very clean and comfortable. I recommend the place and the delicious experience with the pizza.

05/10/2025: We ended up here by chance. We were hesitant at first, but then we saw an extraordinary welcome. We gave it a chance, and were rewarded with the best food we've ever eaten. The fettuccine with lake perch was something I'll never forget. Intrigued, I asked about the chef, because things don't happen by chance or luck... He was Pope Francis' chef, so he's also Argentinian. My partner did too, and so we felt right at home. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

31/08/2025: The pasta dishes and lake fish are highly recommended (I've personally tried them). Attentive and professional management. Lovely terrace. Fair price.

21/10/2025: We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon and it was truly magical. Since we went in October, the town and hotel too was very quiet, as it's in between the summer and winter seasons. The food was fantastic - the half board option is well worth it. It is only about a 10 minute drive from Ortisei and the Alpe di Suisi gondola. There are also a ton of daily activities offered by the hotel. The spa was fantastic as well, and the prices were far better than what we were used to in the US. Only thing was that it books up quite quickly, so be sure to reserve ahead of time. The pool, saunas and gym were also a highlight. Overall, the staff were absolutely incredible and so welcoming. HIGHLY recommend staying here - we will be back!!

07/09/2025: I went there last night for the first time. The place is gorgeous!! Both inside and out. Clean and tidy!! 10 out of 10!!! Finger-licking appetizers! Very good pizza!!! 5-star salmon. Attentive service. The only flaw: we waited a bit too long for appetizers and pizzas. I must say, however, it was very crowded. But I'll definitely be back!! Reservations are recommended.
