21/08/2025: We stopped in Ravenna for a short three-day vacation, visiting basilicas, artistic wonders, and the resting place, where Dante is remembered. By chance, we dined at the "I Furfanti" restaurant, discovering another treasure...a pizza we've rarely had anywhere else. The kindness of the staff and pizza chef allowed us to delve deeper into the technical details and choice of quality ingredients, which ultimately led to the enjoyment of this excellent pizza. 07/09/2025: The restaurant's strong point is the ambiance, as it's located inside a beautiful, spacious cave. I liked the dishes, but wasn't thrilled. If I were to return to Orvieto, it wouldn't be one of my favorites. It's geared toward foreigners.

27/08/2025: I visited this restaurant eight years ago on a business trip, and this time, my wife and I came back for a vacation. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, and the truffle pasta and lamb are absolutely delicious! We visited for a slightly late lunch, and were worried it might be a break, but we were greeted warmly. I ordered a glass of wine, and they came back a little later, poured us a little more, and filled us up. The staff's service was top-notch. This was the best meal I had in all of Italy! I want to go back again to experience it all.

14/08/2025: Well, it's no longer the mermaid it once was—extensive service, accommodating waiters, quick cleanup—but why, on top of the hefty bill, do they have to make up for the stomach ache, to say the least? It used to be more spartan, less well-stocked, with the feel of an old-fashioned trattoria, and in fact, you'd gladly return.

09/09/2025: Terrible service. Made a reservation early in the day, were placed inside in the back of a corner in the restaurant, while new customers were placed outside. No service within the first 15 minutes, not even water - so we left! Unprofessional and arrogant staff. Not worth a visit!

15/06/2025: Unfortunately I don't live near this restaurant, or maybe luckily because I could have squandered all my wages on typical delicacies of Romagna cuisine... asparagus larded with ham in cream cheese, roast rabbit and guinea fowl, various types of pasta, homemade, with vegetable or meat sauces, grilled meats and much more. Even a mashed potato flavored with parsley, oil and garlic to taste or an artichoke cut in vinaigrette is something you remember. All served with friendliness and kindness. Having tried this small and welcoming place twice, it has already induced addiction... alas!!

11/08/2025: We ate under a shed with no air conditioning in the middle of August. It was too sweaty. Two fans didn't move a breath of air. An hour and 15 minute wait for the pizza, with raw dough that wasn't eaten. The bottom was white with flour still on it. WHO knows! It's fine to work and take lots of reservations, but customers also want a minimum of comfort. I'd been there before, and the quality of the food was better.

26/07/2025: Unforgettable place. Must experience. Super welcoming staff of waiters. Easy menu card. Just scan the Barcode, then you could read on their website with the food. Very different and delicious pizzas especially. If you are into Risotto, then it is 100% well prepared. Yum. Thanks for the food. 🙂

30/07/2025: We offered our son a cooking class, and we all attended. It was an excellent experience! We received such warm welcome, advice, and support. The class was perfect, and the meal was delicious! The wine was good and the price was more than reasonable! The two owners are lovely... And the setting is magnificent! Traveling with our 18-month-old and pregnant wife can sometimes make dining out a bit tricky, but the staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. 08/09/2025: Undoubtedly among the best in Florence, for quality and honesty! Fish and meat dishes, and a wide variety of pizzas, all excellent and reasonably priced (nowadays hard to find in Florence). Quick and courteous service in a fresh, clean, and well-kept environment. Every time I try a new dish, I fall in love with it even more. Well done, keep it up!
