09/10/2025: The restaurant is very nice. The food is fantastic. However, you have to be careful to ask how much the "catch of the day" costs per kilo. We had a wonderfully fresh fish, but it cost us €200. Even the wine with dessert was much cheaper in comparison. Other restaurants state in their menus that you should ask for the price per kilo. I didn't see that here, and we were surprised.

05/10/2025: A special pizzeria. Great atmosphere, good and original pizzas (Arabic pizza, kebab pizza, etc.). Today I tried the Senegal pizza: red pizza, with shrimp, and garlic (not overpowering). Bold. Outstanding. Important: fair prices.

30/09/2025: We stumbled on this place as it was beginning to rain. We were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service (our waiter was a sommelier and guided our wine choice by what we ordered to eat) and the food was excellent. We ate right outside under the awning but indoor was also an option. Friendly, helpful and delicious!! Would definitely go again!!

12/10/2025: A lovely discovery. The meat appetizer deserves an A+. The meat dish deserves an 8.5. Worth the stop. The service is pleasant and fast. The price is fair.

11/10/2025: We visited Ristorante Fratelli Bottiglieri after a somewhat difficult afternoon reservation, given the high demand for tables in the area. Although we were a group of eight, we were immediately and honestly informed that they couldn't guarantee a single table, but rather two tables for four, which we accepted, separating the adults and children. ​We appreciated the formula that combines a standard menu with a selection of off-menu items, with prices communicated verbally by the waiter (This formula, while typical, I would suggest making it more transparent on paper as well). ​We had various choices: venison, an asado, a hamburger, and a carpaccio—for the adults. For the children, a steak with fries and a hamburger and fries sandwich. The dishes were undoubtedly "different and well-served," a testament to the quality of the ingredients and preparation. ​The waiter who looked after us was very friendly and kind, an aspect that contributed positively to the atmosphere. However, the service was a bit hit and miss: the burger and fries for one of the guys arrived late because the order had been "lost" or forgotten. If it hadn't been for this unexpected wait, I would have given it a higher rating. We paired our meal with a bottle of Perticaia, a good wine. The final bill was extremely reasonable: just €17 per person for eight people, a truly exceptional value considering the variety and quality of the meat served. With a little logistical improvement, this place would deserve top marks. I look forward to seeing you next time.

25/08/2025: Friendly and attentive service. The place is clean and tidy, with a lovely outdoor area and a singer. The food presentation was excellent. We had pizzoccheri served on a very distinctive plate, and Haidi's grandfather's tagliolini, which were delicious, made with pancetta and parmesan shavings, tomatoes, and radicchio. The fruit salad with ice cream was truly rich in fruit. Prices were average.

23/08/2025: We visited this restaurant this evening, my first time there, and it was a pleasant surprise, not only for the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail, but also for the delightful welcome "tagliatelle" (a small piece of tagliatelle)—a truly classy touch. The skewer was truly spectacular, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by a lemon and bay leaf "salina" that gave the game just the right acidity, giving it that extra something. I would have loved to try all the desserts, but I was intrigued by the Braulio sorbet, which was truly remarkable. Well, I'd say we have all the ingredients, at least for us, to give it a full 5 stars, with further compliments to Chef Luca and the entire staff. I can't wait to return!

04/10/2025: We were there a few days ago, and what can I say? The cuisine was incredible, meticulously prepared yet authentic. The attention to detail was incredible, yet the flavors were reminiscent of home. The mixed pasta with legumes was perhaps the best dish of my entire Capri vacation!

30/09/2025: Da Tonino is a true gem on Capri. Elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, outstanding cuisine with a creative twist on Italian tradition, and an impressive wine list. Service is warm, attentive, and highly professional. A must-visit for an unforgettable evening on the island.

06/07/2025: Discovered by chance on my way back from a business trip; the dishes I tasted (trio of tartare, tortelli with ossobuco and cockerel) were very good and well prepared and the waiting staff, kind and welcoming, made this lunch really very pleasant. If I pass by Greve again I will gladly return.

06/10/2025: Unique pizza restaurant in Lucca. Experts at fried appetizers, the battered zucchini flowers were the best I have ever had, perfectly crispy and nice and salty. The mozarella cheese balls were also light and crispy. I wanted to go back and just order 4 plates of the zucchini flowers! Interesting choice of drinks, my campari spritz was very strong, but I enjoyed it. I regretted my pizza choice though, a porchini mushroom one. It made the pizza soggy and the toppings fell off. The dough was upgraded to a charcoal one which looked impressive, I'd just recommend keeping the pizza itself simple / dry. The crust was perfect.

14/10/2025: Very, very good food. Most ingredients are very fresh. If they use frozen ingredients in a dish, they specify in the menu, right next to the dish. The pasta is made in the house. We hade five pasta dishes and one fish. They all tasted amazing. The pasta is cooked to the point (of course). I would strongly recommend the carbonara with truffles. Simply amazing. The staff were gentle. Great value for money. I can definitely recommend it.

20/09/2025: Good, but a Michelin star? At first, it was a real struggle to find the WhatsApp number to make a reservation. We were there several times 40 years ago, and the couple who served us was still there. A pleasant welcome in the fireplace lounge. A bit dated, Bella Italia? The food was good, but not the excellence we expected. The overall impression was somewhat mixed.

26/09/2025: It turns out to be one of the best restaurants for anyone who loves authentic Mediterranean cuisine, can read a menu, and makes the effort to speak the local language. The quality is truly top-notch; we were very satisfied and were happy to pay the modest bill.

20/09/2025: Hidden away in the tiny hamlet of Stropino. The restaurant's unusual name derives from local umbrella makers' slang, apparently. The quirkiness doesn't stop there. No written menu, Basil Fawlty-type "welcome." We were the only non-locals there, and glances from the regulars were initially suspicious, hostile even. We hadn't booked and had to wait on the naughty step. But if you can get past all that - and try to speak some Italian - then this is an authentic and very enjoyable dining experience: excellent value, good-quality wine by the carafe, everything home-made and local. And everyone was friendly by the time we left! Light years away from the tourist traps on the Borromean islands.
