The food was amazing, we chose the Florentina Steak, it was perfectly cooked and served (keep in mind that it is for two persons since you will get minimum 1,2kg meat steak/t-bone, the waitress explained it to us when we ordered so we knew what to expect). A quiet area, we took seating outside, was very good.

12/08/2024: Visited with my 18 year old daughter after being recommended by a friend. What a fantastic restaurant. Our waiter Ciro was warm and welcoming. Gave good advice about the menu, particularly when he thought we over ordered and we might like to share a starter. Prosecco by the glass was very nice. The olive oil was local and particularly peppery. Excellent assorted meats and cheese to start. My daughter then had a beautiful pasta dish with a pork ragout, ricotta and spinach. She refused to share it. I had the veal which was delicious with roast potatoes and the most delicious baked vegetables. Pudding was a salted short bread biscuit with chantilly crème and red fruit coulis. The salt elevated this dish to exceptional. I would definitely come back. Tables well spaced out. Mood lighting and nice Italian lounge music playing. Loved it. More of a grown ups place than somewhere to take young kids.

01/08/2024: The restaurant has 2 areas. On the right, a casual Fine dining with great service and Good selection of classical Italian dishes and drinks. 3 courses will be around 40 to 60 euro per person but you are getting well plated, and portion dishes. No pizza on this menu, If you want a more casual dining experience they have the pizza dining area at a very reasonable price in a section on the left when you walk through the door. Service staff are cheerful and attentive. Makes for a relaxed and nice dining atmosphere. Highly recommend for a good Italian meal.

10/08/2024: Although I'm a Brit, I do appreciate good food when I find it, and this meal was delicious. The pasta was freshly made, the risotto was excellent and the tiramisu was perfect. And nice not to be ripped off for a change, the price was very reasonable. Good service and you even get a mist spray to cool you down. Perfect!

10/08/2024: Pizza and pasta (spaghetti aglio olio) were very tasty, fresh ingredients and special requests were catered for very well. Dessert (ice cream, tiramisu and panna cotta) very creatively prepared and tasty in good portions, only panna cotta could have been a little more. The service was very friendly and had good recommendations for dishes and drinks. We sat beautifully on the piazza under large umbrellas equipped with refreshing water misters. We came to €91 with 4 people.

11/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, very friendly and helpful welcome and staff. A menu with Italian dishes that are equally excellent and plentiful. I highly recommend.

11/08/2024: We spent a week's vacation at the Sheraton hotel in San Siro and found the meal in the hotel restaurant good but expensive for what it was so we tried the Osteria Ippodromo and we returned there 3 times eating in the evening it was just excellent the smiling and welcoming staff I really recommend it if you go there you really won't be disappointed 🥰🇮🇹

08/08/2024: Ristorante piccolo ma accogliente, nel centro di Pisa ma lontano dalle vie più affollate. Personale cortese e piatti di ottima qualità. Unico appunto in una giornata di grande caldo mancava l'aria condizionata.

10/08/2024: I only went there once with my daughters and we ordered little food, but what we ate was excellent. What we certainly liked most was the dreamlike bucolic setting, while what we liked least was the bill, but that's okay!

30/05/2024: Sicuramente pesce fresco in atmosfera familiare. Prezzi in linea anche se non economicissimi se mangi solo pesce ma ho visto girare anche interessanti piatti della tradizionale cucina romana.

27/05/2024: Bien situé dans le quartier Torlonia, pas mal de restaurants aux alentours mais celui-ci est vraiment à faire, pignon sur rue depuis plus de 50 ans, belles salles des patrons plus très jeunes mais qui assurent sans aucun problème le service, les produits sont de qualité fraîche et une belle carte pour tous les gouts, nous y sommes venus 2 soirs , attention fermée le lundi, la décoration du restaurant rappelle aux murs des photos de l'époque, des tables nappées avec en plus napperons, double verre bref une belle mise en place, nous avons passé un excellent diner...

14/08/2024: A good welcome. The service is attentive and the managers are pleasant. The wine is good with a varied choice. but the overall experience is a bit disappointing. Of the 4 dishes we did not choose a single one. The shrimp carpaccio was good but lacked freshness (good quality but not cold enough). The pasta lacked flavor and the whole thing was a little bland. The fish dish did not go well with the spinach and sauce. We still had a good time but coming from Brittany we were a little disappointed by the flavors. The presentation is intended to be rather gastronomic but the promises are not there.
