05/04/2026: We visited Azienda Agricola Madonna delle Vittorie and were absolutely delighted. The food was outstanding and the ambiance simply perfect – a truly special atmosphere. The service was also friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: This was our first time here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was clean. The food we ordered was good, although the lamb chops could have been cooked a little longer, but that's a matter of personal preference. Negative notes: We were told the dish of the day (lamb chops) would be served with side dishes. They arrived with only a piece of white broccoli on the side. Another diner was served the same dish with three sides: green broccoli, a radicchio, and a piece of fennel. Finally, the bill...we found ourselves charged different prices for the appetizers than those listed on the menu. Perhaps because we asked to split the two different appetizers into two plates. To be fair, the waiter should have specified that there was an additional charge for this service so the customer could decide whether it was worth it.

03/05/2026: Already customers, even though they're always takeout and therefore perhaps not remembered by the owners, we booked a table. They put us on the terrace, which was sold as a veranda but it wasn't closed (and there, it should be specified on the phone that the cover charge is more expensive, even if only slightly). We ordered a pizza and two entrees. The tables that arrived later and ordered later received their pizzas first. We arrived half an hour after ordering because we thought it would arrive with the dishes from the kitchen, but it didn't. Shortly after, my companion's pizza arrived at the other tables, so I waited some more. Halfway through, I asked the waitress for our dishes, and she said (a lie, which we found out later) that there were problems with the kitchen, which in fact wasn't true. He finished his pizza, and after 20 minutes we still had nothing. I asked again, and she realized that the order hadn't been printed. So, beyond the first lie, I was taken as a nuisance customer, perhaps because my 9-year-old daughter was also waiting, and they brought me a few slices of focaccia, but nothing. Then, when I finally got down to ask at the cashier, it was a shame it was already cold on the terrace. I ate it quickly, and the best part was that at the cashier they even pretended nothing had happened and paid full price. So, the food was superb, the service was excellent, and I could hear other tables complaining too. Being in the industry myself, I don't understand this; perhaps, given the traffic, they don't need to build customer loyalty.

02/05/2026: We ordered 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, and 2 mineral waters (on the veranda). The bill was €87.00. When we pointed out that it was definitely incorrect, they refunded us €16.00 (again incorrect)...for what they brought us, which was expensive. When we complained about the mistake on the bill, the cashier was very annoyed and rude.

29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!

18/04/2026: Restaurant in the Spanish Quarter. Good value for money; we ordered pasta alle vongole, gnocchi, and seafood pasta. My son's dish was a little too oily, but it was fine. For dessert, we had tiramisu, and we weren't disappointed at all. The service was excellent and friendly. Everything was perfect. I recommend it.

20/03/2026: A truly charming little place, a delightful surprise right in the center of the village. Tastefully decorated, with thoughtful and evocative lighting. Traditional dishes are revisited with truly perfect flavor combinations. Gabriella welcomed us with her delightful hospitality and welcome. The service was attentive and never intrusive. Definitely worth a try! We'll be back! The lounge bar on the road to Porto Pino is also impeccably managed. Friendly, smiling, and delicious croissants! All the beauty of Sardinia!

08/03/2026: Very lovely restaurant with an exceptionally friendly host. The food was excellent – thoughtfully selected dishes, perfectly balanced, and just the right portion sizes. The dessert was also a real highlight. Overall, everything was spot on, and the value for money is absolutely fair. We would be happy to come back!

24/03/2026: Had dinner this evening at this lovely restaurant. The food was authentic, plentiful, and delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The prices were fair, and there was a wide selection of wines. Don't miss out on a meal here if you come to Trapani.

10/04/2026: A wonderful place. The atmosphere of old Italy. The food is first-class. The tiramisu is amazing. The service is wonderful. I probably won't be back, but I recommend it wholeheartedly.

13/04/2026: I can highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great overall experience. We got room 505 on the top floor with the balcony. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. We usually skipped the breakfast, but it was decent. Many thanks to all the staff, the housekeeping and the receptionist Mr Umberto who helped us with the accommodation. Hope to come back soon.

04/04/2026: A spectacular place: on a narrow street, with a steep incline and a terrace overlooking the entire street. The service is incredible: they recommend typical local products and are very friendly. The food is very good: the parmigiana is excellent, and so is the octopus. The mixed antipasto is very good. The pasta is spectacular: the rigatoni alla norma is superb, as are the spaghetti al nero di sepia, alla carbonara, and alla bolognese. The fish is also excellent: prawns, calamari, etc. And to finish: amazing desserts: pistachio flan, tiramisu, and a cake that's like a chocolate fondant. Very, very good. Fair price.

02/04/2026: I loved the risotto. The rest of the dishes we ordered were delicious. The waiter who served us was new, but he was very enthusiastic and helpful. A quiet place, highly recommended.

26/04/2026: I'll start by saying we only ate at the restaurant, so I can't rate the rooms. Dinner consisted of: 2 appetizers (artichokes were supposed to be included in the description, but they never arrived) with some local vegetables and a few poorly assorted cold cuts. 2 steaks, 600/700g (not weighed, so I'm not sure), simply grilled without any special seasoning or sauce. 1 wine for €19 Total €150 Homemade cuisine, bland and subpar service from one of the owners, and a spartan and unwelcoming atmosphere (the table hadn't been set, and given the low attendance, we had a table for 4/6 when there were only 2 of us). Compared to the past, the quality has dropped dramatically in favor of Michelin-starred prices. Not recommended

19/04/2026: The establishment is a bit dated, but the dining experience is excellent. The food is good and plentiful, and the ingredients are definitely top-quality, especially the appetizers. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Recommended!
