Pure luxury. Excellent food. Service is a little below average for a place like this. I highly recommend it.

From the outside, you wouldn't expect it, but inside you'll find a stylish, modern ambiance with a beautiful terrace. The service staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. We were very impressed with the food – we especially appreciated how they flexibly accommodated our vegan requests without prior notice and adjusted the menu accordingly. The menu is small but excellent, and the value for money is absolutely right. We'll definitely be back! 😊

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at Arôme Thaler. They were very accommodating and offered many additional options. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the food was top-notch. Although the menu was marked vegetarian and not vegan, we still received vegan starters, main courses, and desserts. Two meat-eaters were also very satisfied with their steak tartare and entrecôte. An additional starter was even provided. The ambiance was lovely.

Thaler Arome is definitely one of Bolzano's culinary highlights. The cuisine is of an excellent standard – creative, precise, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Every course is thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed, a true fine-dining experience. The ambiance is very stylish and sophisticated overall, however, there are a few small details that don't quite fit the otherwise harmonious concept: The carpets in the interior and some decorative porcelain birds seem somewhat out of place and don't quite live up to the high standards of the cuisine. The service is professional, but some of the waiters occasionally come across as overly friendly, almost like they're acting, which slightly detracts from the otherwise excellent overall impression. In conclusion: Culinary excellence is absolutely top-notch – with minimal room for improvement in the interior design and service. A clear 5-star recommendation!

An absolute gem. If you desire excellent traditional food of Alto Adige, and yet also a bit of modern flair, Arome Thaler is the perfect restaurant. The tartare di manzo might be the best I've had. The salad of asparagus and scallops was bright and fresh. Roast veal, succulent and tender. Wonderful Lagrein. And, perfect waitstaff. An excellent experience.

Great experience! We had a nice table upstairs to the left - perfect for privacy within a small group. The service was exceptional, same with the food. The T-Bone Steaks were on point as requested. Very, very good. Totally recommended.

I arrived just before the kitchen closed to get something to eat, was greeted very warmly, and was able to choose from all the dishes. The food was very good and enjoyable, with bread with homemade spread and good coffee. Reasonable prices and a great atmosphere.

Above the rooftops of Bolzano, a restaurant with a great atmosphere and good food. Sometimes too much is too much, and a few details would make a big difference. Definitely worth a try!
