22/02/2026: I'm sorry to leave this review because I don't usually do so, but unfortunately the experience wasn't positive. I understand it was a Sunday lunch, but for this very reason, it would have been necessary to organize things differently: people kept arriving (even without reservations) even when it was clear they were already having trouble managing the available tables. Perhaps it would have been more appropriate to stop more people coming in to ensure adequate service for those already seated. We arrived at 1:20 PM; the appetizer arrived at 1:50 PM, and the main course at 3:00 PM. 1 hour and 10 minutes late. Truly excessive. However, I must say that the waiters did their best, and we were even sorry to have to hurry because it was clear they were trying to manage a complicated situation. The spaghetti with clams was the only dish we enjoyed. The swordfish was a very, very small portion, while the seafood tagliatelle was poorly blended: it was obvious that the fish had been cooked quickly without any real creaming due to the delay. I hope it was just a bad day for the service, but I'm sorry to say the quality isn't the best.

22/02/2026: Shameful experience. This is already the second time I've bought croissants and poached apples from them. The croissants are good, no complaints there, but as for the poached apples, this is the second time I've gotten them home. I cut them in half and found mold inside. You wouldn't expect that from such a renowned place.

01/03/2026: We dined at this historic restaurant in Pesaro during the Sanremo Music Festival finale. The owner was super kind: he let us watch the whole evening until 2 a.m., even though we were the last ones left. A truly appreciated gesture! The pizza is delicious, thin and crispy, just the way I like it 😍 The staff is also friendly, helpful, and truly kind. We had a wonderful evening here and highly recommend it. 27/02/2026: Don't be fooled by the name: Osteria Al 26 is a decidedly sophisticated establishment. The refined setting and modern atmosphere are ideal for those seeking a dinner where the aesthetics of the dish matter as much as the flavor. The cuisine stands out for its quality ingredients and refined presentation: the ravioli are excellent, both with mushrooms and bacon and with basil cream and confit tomatoes. Even the main courses, such as the Angus strips, demonstrate a careful attention to the selection of meats. The portions are not excessive, but carefully calibrated for a tasting experience that emphasizes the balance of flavors. The elegantly presented desserts and the wine list, which perfectly complement the meal, deserve special mention. Excellent value. A safe bet for those who want to eat well in a classy setting without overcharging.

Unfortunately, the wait was very long: after about two hours, the second course arrived, and at that point, we still hadn't received the side dishes. This situation, regretfully, forced us to leave and not be able to finish our dinner. The food had potential, but the preparation felt rushed; overall, the experience wasn't entirely satisfying. Something was deducted from the bill, a gesture I appreciated. However, I didn't feel truly understood or welcomed in my comments, which I preferred to report only at the cashier, out of respect for the staff working in the dining room. 19/04/2026: The restaurant is located in the hills of Montellabate (PU). The bright dining room offers a beautiful view all the way to the sea. The dining room is large, but to avoid crowding when there are large groups, a sliding glass panel can be used to close the room. The menu features both fish and meat. The cuisine offers traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Service is fast and professional. Good value for money. Recommended for both groups and families.
