04/08/2024: Without taking anything away from the place, which is very nice and characteristic, it is absolutely worth mentioning the courteous attention and welcome of all the staff, in particular in our case Pasquale who looked after us and advised us in an excellent way and the owner who was very kind. Homemade appetizer and slices were delicious and plentiful and good value for money. Highly recommended

01/08/2024: THE EXPENSIVE AND EMBELLISHED RESTAURANTS OF MILAN AND ROME ONLY HAVE TO LEARN. I wondered how it is possible that a relatively small place in Falconara has 10 times more equipment and attention to gluten-free than places in the metropolises. Congratulations and thanks, customer + colleagues earned for life.

26/07/2024: Direi che i titolari di questo locale hanno avuto un'idea veramente originale....un format che personalmente non avevo mai visto e che mi ha lasciato estremamente soddisfatto sotto tutti i punti di vista: Location molto gradevole e curata, sia all'interno che all'esterno, il menù fisso cambia ogni 7 giorni ed a ogni portata vengono proposti 2/3 vini in abbinamento, ma la qualità e la cura dei piatti è veramente di livello.....bravissime le cameriere che ci hanno spiegato sia le pietanze che i vini in maniera chiara ed informale ed hanno reso questa esperienza culinaria davvero piacevole. Dulcis in fundo il prezzo che non è assolutamente elevato per una cena di questo tipo!! Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere, anche perchè ogni settimana è diversa

26/08/2024: Scegliamo questo locale attratti dalle recensioni positive. Arriviamo al locale e subito la spiacevole sorpresa. Capisco lo slow food, ma attendere 45’ per le bevande, un’ora per gli antipasti e due ore per la pizza è tremendo. A tratti irrispettoso. Buoni gli antipasti. Pizze rivedibili.

12/08/2024: The place has no internal tables and is spartan but well-kept. You can sit in the outdoor area in front but it is small (6/8 small tables) although nice. On the roof terrace however there are several tables with chairs where you can eat but if the wind is not in your favor as it is the ventilation chimney of the kitchens next door you risk going home with the smell of fried food on you. Friendly and efficient service despite the queue and the immense wait, the quality of the food and the value for money was absolutely worth it. I have never eaten such good fried food and abundant for years. While we were waiting we still sat down and were able to order a spritz and Ascoli olives which were also very good. The service involves taking the number at the queue dispenser, when you are called you go to the counter to choose the fish that you want and that is cooked at the moment. You are given a token that rings when the order is ready to collect, whether you eat in or take it away since it is served in disposable containers with the relevant cutlery and towels. Next to it there are also bins for recycling and they are very spacious and clean like the whole room which also has an internal bathroom.

25/07/2024: Wow this place is an excellent experience. The quality of the food and wine here is superb and prices for the quality and service represents very good value for money. The food quality and service is top notch and represents very close to Michelin starred food and presentation. The wine list is representative of the local verdicchio with many producers from Staffolo represented. The whole wine list shows how much the owners of the restaurant appreciate matching their excellent food with excellent wines. Well done. The prices of the wines on offer are extremely competitive for a top restaurant. But it is the quality and presentation of the food that shines here. Innovative dishes but with a local heart and tradition. Well done. This was the best meal my wife had I have had out this year and we look forward to returning.

07/07/2024: Even if in the splendid hills of the Marche it has a wide choice of sea, modest but nevertheless of excellent quality of land. Charming atmosphere and good service. Crescia bread and homemade cured meats. Baked goose is excellent and difficult to find.

06/08/2024: Appetizer the flavors of the Adriatic 😍😍😍!! Croaker fillet and skewers 🤩😍🤩😍!! I have to go back to try the brodetto and the first courses (I've seen them pass by!!) 🤩🤩no words are needed.. you have to try!

09/08/2024: We frequented this splendid restaurant for 2 years when we lived in Ancona. After 8 years it was an obligatory step... already excellent at the time they managed to improve. It was a pleasure to see most of the staff again and even nicer that they remembered us. Mr. Franco in the dining room is an institution and Antonio in the oven is a pizza artist. Simply congratulations... you are great!!!

10/06/2024: Tagliolini con latte e formaggio fatti in casa al pesto di paccasassi e pomodorini. Piatto spaziale. Sì mangia benissimo ed è tutto fatto in casa. Era da tempo che non trovavo un ristorante così attento alla qualità e alla ricercatezza dei piatti.

03/05/2024: Everything perfect: the rooms, welcoming and spotless; the homemade breakfast, delicious and more than plentiful; the cuisine, truly amazing, one of our favorites in the whole region; the location, quiet and immersed in beautiful countryside, a stone's throw from Frasassi and with the sea and the main tourist locations within easy reach; finally, the friendliness and availability of the three "V"s of the Viola are priceless!
