15/10/2025: I had lunch today with guests from Germany. I was looking for a place to make a good impression, and I chose this restaurant from among many others. I must say it was a perfect choice, starting with the location. I requested a table with a sea view, and they obliged with a breathtaking view. Then there was the service. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive in every aspect, from the food to the wine. They were able to provide comprehensive explanations on every aspect, not to mention the quality of the food, which was literally unquestionable. Not to mention the owner, a delightful person who understood our needs, making the experience much more enjoyable and enriching. The bill? I even left a tip (the first time I've done so in 2025). CONGRATULATIONS GUYS!!

06/10/2025: We're not Michelin-starred restaurant regulars, but for my birthday we tried Andreina. The four of us chose the Fiamma tasting menu, but my silly nature led me to make the super obvious joke: 'Along with the Fiamma menu, can you bring us some smoke?' The maître d' looks at me, hoping he's misunderstood, but when I repeat my nonsense, he flinches and is probably thinking (are you going to throw these out?) but instead comes out with a splendid, "Okay, I'll be your pusher," referring to the pairing wines. What can I say? Game, set, match. We started with the Ascolana olives—a great idea. I'll add my assessment of the many dishes served. Fennel with caviar, brodetto with cherry tomatoes, lamb tartar, and tagliatelle before dessert—the best. Butter and bread, desserts, and game tortelli—excellent. Service was precise and not too intrusive. I won't talk about the surprises; no spoilers. I'll conclude by saying that we had a really, really good time. Furnishings, lighting, and amenities are worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant ;) The bill? It counts.

30/09/2025: A restaurant is judged by several factors: the first, obviously, is the cuisine; the second is the ambiance, made up of location, decor, and atmosphere; the third, but no less important, is the welcome. We found all of this at Andreina, but what made our lunch truly special was the extraordinary attention of the staff. Eleonora guided us with elegance and confidence, Onofrio, with his charm, made the conversation light and pleasant, and Marco passionately explained the cooking times, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the spirit of the place. And then there was the dining room, with smiling young people who made it impossible to resist the dishes masterfully prepared by Chef Errico and his team. The gastronomic offering is interesting, but there's one dish that alone is worth the trip: the "Cacio e 7 Pepi" pasta. Once you've tasted it, everything else fades into the background. Scampi, partridge, fragrant butters, fragrant breads, grilled salads, or refined desserts... nothing compares: the queen is pasta. A true must-see if you come here. The ambiance reflects refined taste without ostentation: thoughtful details, beautiful vases of flowers on the tables, the photo of Grandma Andreina welcoming you at the entrance, and the garden that introduces a pleasant experience even before sitting down to eat. In Andreina we met all of this, but what really made us special was the human quality of her team. 26/09/2025: The best restaurant in Ancona, hands down. I've been there twice. Delicious food, wonderful central location with beautiful views. Delicious food. Incredible staff, but the best part: Susan remembered my name and my tastes the second time I went. Incredible. Highly recommended, and the best value for money.

18/10/2025: A typical mountain restaurant, built with stone and wooden beams, a family atmosphere with quick and friendly service, but lacking in professionalism. The fresh homemade pasta is very good, although I would have preferred the truffle dishes to be sliced ​​freshly, rather than served pre-packaged. The wild boar 🐗 is good, the portions aren't large, and the cooking could be improved. The desserts are excellent, plentiful, and well-presented.

17/10/2025: We called almost at closing time and they greeted us with a smile, and we had a wonderful lunch. I recommend it. Kudos to all the staff.

10/09/2025: One of my favorite sushi restaurants in all of Italy. The location is meticulously maintained: the rooms are always clean and tidy. It's located in a historic building in Fabriano, a beautifully renovated former tannery that combines modern elements with original details like exposed wooden beams and stone walls, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The staff is always extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs. And the food? Delicious. The pasta dishes are excellent, but the sushi is spectacular: incredibly fresh fish, impeccable cuts, and unique combinations, including local ingredients like "paccasassi," an aromatic plant typical of the Marche region with a slightly salty flavor that pairs beautifully with raw fish. The prices are a little above average, but absolutely justified by the quality. Highly recommended. 👍 I can't wait to go back.

21/09/2025: Such a quaint, wonderful restaurant! The owner was so accommodating, it was amazing. Before serving, we were shown the fresh truffle. The food was magnificent, the wine was great (we had the house red), and the ambiance was fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone! It's worth the price! 5/5 :)
