24/12/2025: A lovely, welcoming place with very friendly owners. The food is excellent and high-quality. Classic cuisine, along with some very unique dishes. The excellent meat selection is cooked on an open grill. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. Definitely worth a try.
09/12/2025: Lately, we've become regulars here to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. We enjoy the mixed roast, the roast suckling pig, and the rabbit cacciatore, but we also love the first courses, like the pappardelle with wild boar ragù. Home-style cooking is the hallmark of Coppetto, as is the unwavering friendliness and precision of the service, which make you feel right at home. If I had to give it a lower rating, it would be for the ambience being too noisy, but given how packed it is, it's inevitable that there's a lot of background noise.

23/12/2025: We shared an antipasto and two main courses. Then we each had a dessert. They had a charcoal grill indoors and it tasted really good. The pasta was good but no wow experience. Small cozy restaurant in a small cozy village. The owners were nice and the service was good.

The cured meats and fried vegetable appetizer were quite good, the duck gnocchi were disappointing, the tagliatelle with wild boar were unremarkable, and the grilled lamb was decent but served just warm. Prices were reasonable, but I expected much better from the food.

06/01/2026: The staff was very fast, but there were few smiles. The pizza was very large and thin. The atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, you couldn't talk because the voices got mixed up even if you weren't sitting next to each other. I don't know if I'll go back.

From the guinea fowl cannelloni to the sautéed vegetables, finishing with the crescia marchigiana and lentils with cotechino. They were punctual and extremely kind, accommodating all our requests. An excellent discovery in Staffolo.

The fish is seasonal, even if it's from a different area than ours, and you can taste its freshness, but some of the meat dishes are equally delicious. The fried food is excellent, not weighed down by burnt oil.

10/01/2026: Located on the city wall of Moro d'Alba, this is a fairly large restaurant. The front glass building is cozy, with (or rather, without) views of the street, parking lot, and city wall. The back room isn't as cozy, but offers a fantastic view of the rolling hills. The food was simply superb. We shared various antipasti and could have easily lived on them alone. The menu was diverse, offering some unusual dishes (bollito, foie gras, truffle egg, etc.). The primi were very good, if a little less original. And the secondi were absolutely delicious: guinea fowl with baked apricots, pork cheeks in red wine sauce, and, of course, wild boar goulash. They have a lovely wine list (local wines with a small surcharge on the winery price), and the service was very attentive and friendly. This is how dining should be!
