We stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend of cycling, slowly discovering the Marche region through local recipes and glasses of Verdicchio. The Hotel Marchese del Grillo created the perfect atmosphere for our holiday: no forced luxury or aesthetics for aesthetics' sake, but true beauty, made of kind, hospitable, and sincerely welcoming people. Today, true luxury is authentic human connection. I share this review with the fear that too much visibility could alter this balance, so I address future guests: don't 'pick' this flower, go there to observe it with respect. 22/02/2026: A place with a very short menu, a few first courses, a platter of cold cuts, and a few crescia. It's good as an aperitif or for a quick, unpretentious lunch. The location is excellent, practically downtown. The outdoor seating is great on a warm, sunny day. Maybe it was a bad day, but I honestly found the service a bit unfriendly. Considering the extreme simplicity of the dishes, it's hard to go wrong, but as for the food, it's just barely passable. However, considering the price, it's acceptable.

23/01/2026: È un bar ed un ristorante od un luogo in cui si beve e si mangia, aperto per colazione, pranzo e cena, bel posto, sembra di essere a casa, clienti vengono accolti e trattati bene, c'è sempre un po' di musica, si può stare all'interno oppure all'esterno, tenuto benissimo, se venite a Fabriano fateci un salto e non solo!
