We stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend of cycling, slowly discovering the Marche region through local recipes and glasses of Verdicchio. The Hotel Marchese del Grillo created the perfect atmosphere for our holiday: no forced luxury or aesthetics for aesthetics' sake, but true beauty, made of kind, hospitable, and sincerely welcoming people. Today, true luxury is authentic human connection. I share this review with the fear that too much visibility could alter this balance, so I address future guests: don't 'pick' this flower, go there to observe it with respect. Grilled meats are the main focus, and the dishes are meticulously crafted, with intense flavors and high-quality ingredients. Extremely professional yet friendly service, in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It's easy to see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves high-end cuisine.

31/01/2026: Excellent cuisine rooted in very good traditions. It's a shame we chose the wine pairing selection. We were served some truly low-quality wine, including a Binachello del Metauro Campioli (with all due respect to the Fiorini winery), but it's the basic wine that in many restaurants is usually served as the house wine. From a Michelin-starred restaurant, I would expect a different selection, especially since with the cost of the wine pairing, we could have bought the entire bottles selected and not the glasses. Not to mention the surprise on the bill... They had given us the option of exchanging one dish on the menu for another of our choice, which we requested. We had chosen the fumo menu and asked to exchange the first course for the cacio ai 7 pepi, but the waiter told us it wasn't necessary because there would be a taste of that first course anyway, because that's what they always do. It's a shame they then added it to the bill as an extra. It's a shame... we'll be back because the food is very good, but we felt cheated and deceived.

07/04/2026: Dinner exceeded my expectations. The owner was extremely kind. The dining room staff was always impeccable, precise, and attentive to the guests' needs. The restaurant was very well-kept and clean, but above all, the dishes were exquisite, with truly flavorful and high-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be returning to try the full menu... Reservations are recommended.

06/04/2026: Our hotel recommended us pizza, and we were quite pleased with the food, the staff, the ambiance, and the value for money. We also extend a special thanks because, in the absence of a taxi, the owner volunteered to take us to the hotel, even though the driver had assured us we'd find a taxi later. Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: A must-try: the only place open during the week in town, but it wasn't bad at all! Superb hospitality, exceptional food! Prices are a bit high, but now average for quality restaurants. The only drawback is perhaps the €3 cover charge, which is truly exorbitant. Perhaps because it includes water? But if I hadn't brought water, would it have been the same? The doubt remains, along with the knowledge that I've tasted quality local dishes and excellent wine.

12/04/2026: Great experience! I went to this restaurant for dinner two nights because I had a great time. Being celiac wasn't a problem because I could eat everything. The fried food is a must-try! The staff is fast and friendly.

28/03/2026: A small, very welcoming and warm place. The staff is super friendly, nice, and kind. The food is delicious and truly original. The prices are average—in fact, low considering the excellent quality. It's in a great location, close to the view and the city center.

19/12/2025: Very nice place, just above the beach. Very nice decor, very nice dishes. The service was a bit confusing, to be honest... but I must say that everything arrived without any errors. The food was good, but the pasta was a bit undercooked... it was served in a pot, and in my opinion, this doesn't work in its favor because the sauce stays all underneath. It would be better to serve it on a plate, which (though less impressive) makes the pasta stand out more.

07/10/2025: A typical seaside restaurant, very charming, even too much so! At night, if you're a stranger, you risk getting lost in the pine forest with no signs or lights, and especially no parking.

01/01/2026: Stopped here after a long day filming content around town and needed a proper meal. There were five of us and we all went for the pizzas cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and very satisfying. Great selection of beers and wines; the light draft beer was ideal. The dining room is elegant and modern with a relaxed atmosphere, and the host was kind, professional, and welcoming. A great place to unwind and refuel during a busy creative day highly recommend.

26/08/2025: Very alternative food, one of the few restaurants offering options beyond seafood. For example, falafel, shrimp, tortilla, etc. There are various vegetarian dishes on the menu. There's no sea view, but we found parking easily. Excellent value for money.
