10/09/2025: One of my favorite sushi restaurants in all of Italy. The location is meticulously maintained: the rooms are always clean and tidy. It's located in a historic building in Fabriano, a beautifully renovated former tannery that combines modern elements with original details like exposed wooden beams and stone walls, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The staff is always extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs. And the food? Delicious. The pasta dishes are excellent, but the sushi is spectacular: incredibly fresh fish, impeccable cuts, and unique combinations, including local ingredients like "paccasassi," an aromatic plant typical of the Marche region with a slightly salty flavor that pairs beautifully with raw fish. The prices are a little above average, but absolutely justified by the quality. Highly recommended. 👍 I can't wait to go back.

22/10/2025: I must say that for my partner and I it was a discovery, we ate an appetizer recommended by the chef according to our preferences raw and cooked excellent, fresh fish cooked in an exemplary way, balanced flavors, the oysters equally delicious, very fresh sole, cooked in a very natural way!!! The girl who served us was very kind and professional.... and finally excellent quality for the price!!!! I recommend!!!!

01/12/2025: At Da Maria, the atmosphere is truly homey and the dishes are homemade. The service is fast, attentive, and welcoming. I tried an appetizer off the menu: the crostini with quail egg, pancetta, and truffle. Simply phenomenal! The tagliatelle with ragù are homemade. It's all paired with a perfect new wine recommended by the staff. And to finish, dessert, also homemade: a delicate and truly delicious crème brûlée. I'd go back a thousand times!

09/09/2025: As soon as you enter, you find a place unlike any other: not modern, but furnished with original touches, such as the chandeliers. The dishes we ordered—two appetizers and two main courses, all fish-based—were delicious. I haven't eaten such fresh fish in a long time. The owner was very kind and friendly, as was the waitress. I recommend it 100%. Reservations are recommended because the place is small. Congratulations!!!

20/10/2025: Lugo is a bit dated, but since it's a city club, it's expected that the building is dated. The atmosphere is very casual, nothing fancy, but it's a great place to spend a nice evening with friends. Dinner is easy to plan, and for €20-25, you can create a menu that will please everyone at the table. Drinks and wine are included.

21/09/2025: Such a quaint, wonderful restaurant! The owner was so accommodating, it was amazing. Before serving, we were shown the fresh truffle. The food was magnificent, the wine was great (we had the house red), and the ambiance was fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone! It's worth the price! 5/5 :)

22/11/2025: I went today for a business lunch... The restaurant has a limited seating capacity, but that's probably its strong point. The decor is lovely. The small dining room has a large window offering stunning views of the autumn countryside. Soft lighting and a large fireplace add to the atmosphere. Refined, seasonal dishes are of the highest quality.

The service was simply perfect: everyone was kind, attentive, and smiling, ready to make us feel at ease at all times. One detail we greatly appreciated was the car service from the parking lot to the restaurant—a truly rare touch that demonstrates the care and professionalism behind every aspect. The food, as always, was excellent, with attention to flavor and presentation, quality ingredients, and generous portions. The atmosphere was welcoming and refined, ideal for both a romantic dinner and a family evening. Compliments to all the staff: you always manage to make every visit special. We will definitely be back again! ❤️
