18/05/2025: A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!

10/06/2025: Tutto perfetto. Dalla facilità con la quale ho potuto prenotare online, alla location, al bel giardino con tanti giochi per bambini e un piacevole angolo fumatori. Le cameriere e i camerieri sono stati gentili, simpatici ed efficienti. Ma soprattutto è buono il cibo e spassoso il menù (con spettacolari commenti in marchigiano). Grazie e W la Fisa!

10/06/2025: Ho cenato qui con mio marito per assaggiare i piatti marchigiani; vincisgrassi, una zuppa di legumi e cicerchie e il coniglio locale porchettato anticipati da un tagliere misto di formaggi e salumi. Tutto buono saporito e condito il giusto. Molto buono anche il vino rosso. Il dessert, uma specie di zabaione gelato con visciola all'interno, non mi ha detto nulla. Nel complesso una bella serata. 26/06/2025: Very small village, a little treasure chest, intact and very well-kept. Inside there is a bar and a small restaurant with a spa, I am outdoors. Excellent view of both the sea and the mountains.

22/07/2025: Posto con una vista mozzafiato. Il servizio impeccabile è stato accompagnato da cibo di eccellente qualità presentato alla perfezione. Ci siamo goduti tutto ciò che questo luogo offre e che sicuramente avrà una replica. Consigliato a chi dal Conero vuole portare via un ricordo di bellezza e qualità. Complimenti a tutti.

05/07/2025: The restaurant looks like a renovated farmhouse with a beautiful and well-kept outdoor garden. I also really liked the interior. The occasion was a dinner with work colleagues, we opted for the maxi pizzas and we were satisfied, thin and good. The rest of the menu also seems excellent, with a select choice of meat and fish dishes. The dessert, a cake with a warm dark chocolate heart, spectacular, both to the sight and to the taste. I will definitely return to try something else *Update: As promised I returned and this time my group of friends and I opted for the full meat menu and in this case too I was very satisfied. All the dishes are well presented, the taglioni with truffles are very good and creamy, among the meats that I liked the most I put the Black Angus picanha and the Kobe. The pistachio cake is very good. I also appreciated the timing of the service, with the right pause between one course and another so you don't have that feeling of heaviness and you can enjoy all the dishes. I found the place even more refined and beautiful than I remembered. The service was professional and at the same time easy-going

05/07/2025: Top marks in all areas! Right away the location with a beautiful well-kept garden and warm rustic interiors, with stone walls and a roof with exposed beams. Then moving on to the fast, professional, friendly service and a smile that never hurts. Obviously then we move on to the cuisine, with an à la carte proposal that makes you say: "either I take everything or I'll go back". Fried side dishes, pizzas and truly top desserts. Well done! UPDATE: I went back eager to try the dishes I didn't take. The appetizers were truly more than successful, assorted and very tasty. Then for the first courses, between tagliatelle with salted butter and truffle and meat ravioli with spinach, saffron cream and almonds, choosing the best is complicated. Good taste and succulence also for what concerns the meats, among which I preferred the black Angus and Kobe.

I'm not giving 5 stars to the food only because I haven't had a chance to try some dishes yet, but I'll update the review! In the summer there's a separate garden with guesthouses which is a fantastic service for parties and not having to worry about driving back! Well done!

28/05/2025: Tastefully furnished, modern and bright place. The service is kind, fast and helpful. The menu offers various options both for those who want to eat appetizers, first and second courses, and for those who want to eat a pinsa with some fried food. I opted for the second option; good pinsa and light dough, recommended. The battered vegetable sticks were however too greasy, their tiramisu was excellent. Excellent value for money.

20/07/2025: Top-notch food with local specialties and excellent value! The service was great too, with very helpful and professional waitresses! They let us have lunch even though we didn't arrive very early. A charming little osteria nestled in the Marche hills.

13/07/2025: I was just passing through and was welcomed wonderfully. I was alone, but they made me feel welcome and pampered in every way. It's located right off the main road, but in a secluded outdoor area that's perfectly removed from it. My warmest regards to the owners!

03/06/2025: We passed by this place by pure chance because we were looking for something to take away for lunch, which we were going to have at the Spiaggia delle Due Sorelle. We were immediately welcomed warmly, we had a pleasant chat and in a very short time the sandwiches were ready. Excellent fish, very fresh and top quality. Obviously we couldn't resist and the next day we went back for an aperitif with fritto misto and some tapas. Everything was really delicious, the best fish we ate in Numana! But above all, thank you for your kindness 🫂🌊

19/06/2025: Bella location, servizio al tavolo gentile e puntuale. Eravamo in quattro e volutamente abbiamo preso 4 antipasti e 4 secondi diversi. Tre su quattro, ampiamente soddisfatti, io purtroppo non posso dire altrettanto. Il mio antipasto , gratinato, era scarso ed avendo chiesto di non mettere le capesante, le stesse non sono state sostituite con altro pesce. Il mio secondo era formato da quattro pezzetti di polipo duro ed appoggiato su poca salsa di topinambur. In compenso tre soddisfatti su quattro e’ una buona media. Da rivedere le porzioni. Tornerò, ma cambierò sicuramente, le mie scelte. Domenico R.

17/06/2025: Esperienza fantastica. Ristorante con vista sul Conero dall’atmosfera romantica , personale preparati e cortese. Abbiamo iniziato con delle ostriche freschissime servite su un letto di pepe rosa ed un misto di antipasti gratinati dalla cottura perfetta. A seguire un fritto “ bianco”, ( olio perfetto anche al secondo turno della sera) ed una grigliata mista. Abbiamo infine chiuso con un dolce dagli antichi ricordi preparato con un leggero strato di cioccolato all’esterno ed un amarena all’interno. Ottimo qualità prezzo, volendo trovare qualcosa da migliorare forse il pane ma torneremo sicuramente

Qualità, piatti abbondanti, colorati e ben curati. Ottimo gusto di tutti i piatti. Nel messicano c’è la possibilità di scegliere qualche piatto non piccante per i bambini. - conto: ottimo, piacevolmente stupita del conto super onesto. Torneremo presto, consigliato! Super consigliato.
