01/01/2026: La Marca dei Sapori is one of those places where you immediately feel at ease: an intimate and refined atmosphere, where the modernity of the structure blends with a slightly retro style that makes everything more welcoming.
Completing the atmosphere is a sophisticated, unpretentious, and beautiful background playlist, which accompanies lunch without ever disturbing, but rather makes it even more enjoyable.
The menu is refined but not pretentious, with traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist and great attention to ingredients. We started with a platter of mixed cured meats, plentiful and truly high-quality, perfect for sharing.
The first and second courses also won us over: carefully prepared, well-balanced, and full of character (only the pheasant was slightly drier, but still good).
Among the first courses, we ordered:
• Ravioli stuffed with wild chicory with savory butter, purple potato cream, lemon pearls, and marinated egg yolk
• Cappelletti with wild boar and apple, creamed turnip tops, game and hazelnut stock
• Chickpea tagliolini with cauliflower cream, crispy bacon, rosemary and chili oil
The desserts were the icing on the cake, but the real discovery was the cocoa and chocolate amaretto: served under a glass dome, it "pops" with every spoonful thanks to the fizzy crazy effect, a fun and super nostalgic detail in '80s style.
Marca dei Sapori confirms itself as the perfect place to stop, relax, and treat yourself. Just what we needed to start the new year off right ✨
15/12/2025: A friend recommended this restaurant to me for a family lunch, and it was a pleasant discovery. The location is beautiful, with ample outdoor space for a stroll, and the dining room is well-maintained and clean. Mr. Matteo's kindness, the impeccable service, and the good food capped off a lovely Sunday. Recommended.

01/04/2026: A small but charming restaurant in the heart of the village and in the historic center of Rosora Castle.
The four of us had two starters and two grilled dishes with various side dishes. Everything was excellent.

18/12/2025: A smokehouse that's all in all acceptable for its uniqueness, but that's ultimately its specialty. The place is old-fashioned and not very welcoming. Prices are generally high.
29/11/2025: A family-friendly pub.
We ordered a Coke, a beer, and a potato chip. Overall, the chip was good, but it came with just one packet of ketchup and mayonnaise, hand-brought by the owner.
She always took our orders, and she was quite rude and unhelpful.
The waitresses who served us were very kind and friendly, so overall, a good place with an excellent selection of beers.
The bathroom was very clean.

19/08/2024: Partiti con famiglia da Appennino Bolognese nel periodo più caotico dell'anno la settimana di ferragosto 2024, dove tutti vogliono fare cose e vogliono fare vedere dove e cosa fanno ...Eravamo semplicemente in cerca di pace tranquillità con il bisogno di staccare veramente e soprattutto di novità.. e di trovare realtà genuine ...bhe ci sarebbe da dire tanto, ma un unica parola da significato a quanto vissuto, trovato e provato MERAVIGLIOSO ....momenti fantastici grazie ad un posto reso fantastico mangiare Memorabile e servizio impeccabile e soprattutto simpatia e gentilezza di chi gestisce divinamente questo posto con il ❤️ Grazie per tutto ad Alessia e la sua famiglia e a tutti i suoi collaboratori.
Sicuramente Davide Valentina Giulia e Alice torneranno quanto prima continuate così un saluto da Bologna Alta ....e se passate dalle nostre parti per svago veniteci a trovare .
15/08/2024: Grigliata??? Il coraggio di dare una grigliata scondita assolutamente senza sapore e cotta non si sa se in padella o su una piastra di ghisa....se non siete capaci di buttare rosmarino sale olio su un po' di carne andate a fare le piastrelle in fabbrica

22/02/2025: A mani basse il ristorante con il peggior servizio in cui sia stato. Ci hanno messo in una stanzetta con almeno 50 persone e non riuscivamo neanche a muoverci con la sedia. Il menù aveva letteralmente 2 secondi di cui uno era terminato alle 9 di sabato sera. L’attesa per il fumè è stata di 1 ora e 30. Oltretutto il fumè non era un granché. La qualità dei prodotti inoltre era veramente scarsa, anche i fritti erano quasi immangiabili. Per non bastare il conto è stato anche alto e secondo noi “pompato”. Campa solo per il nome

La rifarò questo è sicuro!!!
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Locale accogliente con personale molto cortese e simpatico.
Tutto molto buono con porzioni abbondanti.
Vale la pena farci un salto.
