The luxury of true authenticity: a rare experience "A magnificent place because it is simple, authentic, and full of emotion. We stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend of cycling, slowly discovering the Marche region through local recipes and glasses of Verdicchio. The Hotel Marchese del Grillo created the perfect atmosphere for our holiday: no forced luxury or aesthetics for aesthetics' sake, but true beauty, made of kind, hospitable, and sincerely welcoming people. Today, true luxury is authentic human connection. I share this review with the fear that too much visibility could alter this balance, so I address future guests: don't 'pick' this flower, go there to observe it with respect. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff."

Historic building surrounded by greenery, outdoor wellness program, a feeling of pure relaxation and peace. At dinner, you're pampered by the chef, but especially by the very professional maitre d'. Recommended!!

We stayed two nights for New Year's Eve! Everything was wonderful. Just what we were looking for! Fantastic location, a green oasis. All the staff were extremely kind at every opportunity. We felt pampered. The private wellness area was well-maintained. We stayed in the loggia apartment in the "inn": spacious and clean. The restaurant was perfect, both for breakfast (very generous) and dinner. The New Year's Eve dinner was excellent, with carefully prepared and refined dishes. I must say, two days as a couple were more than relaxing. Thank you!

Incredible! The pictures of the rooms on booking do not do it justice. The room are fabulous with Italian paintings on the ceiling, four meter high ceiling, marbled bath in majestuous bathroom… The staff was incredibly kind from reception to restaurant. This is the place if you are looking for the true Italian experience! They were also very accommodating about any food intolerance which was very appreciated.

12/03/2026: A truly special experience. High-end cuisine that successfully combines Marche tradition with great creativity. Grilled meats are the main focus, and the dishes are meticulously crafted, with intense flavors and high-quality ingredients. Extremely professional yet friendly service, in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It's easy to see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves high-end cuisine.
31/01/2026: Excellent cuisine rooted in very good traditions. It's a shame we chose the wine pairing selection. We were served some truly low-quality wine, including a Binachello del Metauro Campioli (with all due respect to the Fiorini winery), but it's the basic wine that in many restaurants is usually served as the house wine. From a Michelin-starred restaurant, I would expect a different selection, especially since with the cost of the wine pairing, we could have bought the entire bottles selected and not the glasses. Not to mention the surprise on the bill... They had given us the option of exchanging one dish on the menu for another of our choice, which we requested. We had chosen the fumo menu and asked to exchange the first course for the cacio ai 7 pepi, but the waiter told us it wasn't necessary because there would be a taste of that first course anyway, because that's what they always do. It's a shame they then added it to the bill as an extra. It's a shame... we'll be back because the food is very good, but we felt cheated and deceived.
