Everything was very good, I'd just recommend cooking the shrimp ravioli a little longer; the pasta was a little too al dente. The squid ink gnocchi with cod filling were excellent. The fried food was average, the grilled tuna was exceptional. The cheesecake was good to finish off the meal. The price was fair and average.

16/07/2026: I discovered Sara's in the late 1990s... We were in the Conero area for work, and while wandering around the square, I glanced at it and said to my colleague, "Let's try it." Since then, every time I've been to the area, I've never missed an appointment, only with my wife, then with one, then with two daughters. And now, after missing ten, we can say it: Sara is always a guarantee. The dishes are of the highest quality, the flavor is always the same, and the service is always top-notch. I hope to be able to bring my grandchildren here one day.

09/08/2026: We had two truly excellent pizzas! I asked for mine without mozzarella, and they were so honest and exceptional that they discounted the price—unusual customer service. Mine was with Fabriano sausage and spicy vegetables (perhaps broccoli rabe), with a thin crust in perfect Roman style. Truly delicious! The prices were extremely fair and not yet inflated by overtourism: just €24 for two pizzas, a 75cl bottle of water, and a medium draft beer. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back to try the first and second courses: seeing the dishes being passed around to other tables, the portions seemed truly generous.
