04/03/2024: The best pizza I've ever eaten, the dough is particular with a flour that makes it remain rough and of the same consistency both when it arrives steaming and at the end. Truly high quality.

20/02/2024: Does Remy happen to work here?!?! Given the name and how it is eaten, one naturally wonders whether the story of Ratatouille was inspired by this place. Getting serious, there is no mouse in the kitchen but certainly an excellent pizza chef. One of the best Neapolitan-style pizzas you can eat in the province of Ancona and its surroundings. The side dishes and desserts also deserve a note of merit. The service was excellent and impeccable. A little small but still welcoming place in the historic center of Ripe. Recommended, it's not the first time we've come but we waited a while to review it! Also worth trying is the new place they opened in Senigallia!

04/02/2024: Restaurant at the back of the bar, very nice and welcoming. We always go there for the very good and well presented paella. If you want, prepare everything to take away too. Well done, keep it up!
