We discovered this "bonbonniere" of a restaurant by chance and immediately added it to our list of favorites (we don't have many), but this place left us speechless, from the welcome to the bill: everything was truly "AMAZING." We paid the right amount for what we ate, and the dessert to finish truly took our breath away with its deliciousness.
100% highly recommended!

02/11/2025: Last night I had dinner with my girlfriend at this family-run restaurant, well-known in the area, and we had a really good time. I had an excellent beef fillet with roast potatoes and a very good dessert. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but since it was a Saturday night, that's understandable and didn't ruin the experience. I highly recommend coming here; I'd love to go back.

There is no written menu, but the guys or the owner himself come by to tell you about the dishes.
Always everything is excellent, from appetizers, to first courses to meat,
Abundant portions, excellent quality/price ratio.
16/10/2025: Excellent traditional cuisine,
Marche-style passatelli with pheasant, fabulous tagliatelle with goat. Lunch outside overlooking the hills. Recommended.

26/08/2025: If I could give it zero stars, I would. Five of us stopped for lunch: a plate of gnocchi and four mixed grills that barely looked like two. No menu, the price was set at €20 per person as if it were a fixed price (a real steal), even though we'd only drunk two jugs of water and half a liter of wine in total. Vegetables overflowing with chili peppers without any warning, old and stained dishes, a table outside filled with flies and bees, with the grill burning next to us, smoking us as if a new pope had been elected. Slow and careless service: a 45-minute wait for the food. The place was chosen based on the positive reviews, but they were truly inexplicable... hygiene and quality were very questionable.

01/10/2025: The restaurant was open until 6:00 late in the evening. The food was good and tasty Italian slow food. The waiter was great, even though we didn't speak Italian and his English was poor we got along well and got the food we wanted in portions.

06/05/2025: Sconsiglio fortemente. Prezzi folli per mangiare un piatto di carbonara e bere acqua e caffè. Un furto davvero.. 26 euro!!!
14/03/2025: Tralasciando ogni tipo di commento sulla location spartana (è una sorta di gastronomia), ho avuto informazioni su questo posto solamente tramite passaparola di amici di Ostra Vetere che mi continuavano a dire su quanto fosse buona la loro carbonara.
E la carbonara devo ammettere che era veramente una bomba!!
Porzioni abbondantissime (con una fiamminga/vassoio ci si mangia minimo in 2), condimento come se piovesse (forse ci stava un po meno pepe), cottura della pasta perfetta (bravo) e sapore nel complesso che si avvicina abbastanza a quello dei ristoranti tipici romani!
Servizio molto veloce, simpatica e gentile la "cameriera".
Unica vera pecca l'aver mangiato un po stretti in questo stanzone agghindato con sedie di plastica e tavoli traballanti, ma sinceramente non avevo chissà che aspettative.
Rivedibile il conto (in ribasso vista l'offerta generale su dove si mangia) e il pagamento (nel 2024 un'attività deve avere e soprattutto dare la possibilità al cliente di poter usare il bancomat).
