26/05/2026: If you want to eat Carbonara... this is the place.

02/05/2026: Book as soon as possible if you want to enjoy a carbonara that, in my opinion, is excellent in quality and generous in quantity. For a group like us, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and service was very fast, despite it being a holiday and a full restaurant. Let's say it was perhaps a little too crowded for the space available, but it was worth it.

26/07/2026: An explosion of flavors 🤤 I had dinner at this restaurant and was impressed by the high quality. I highly recommend the appetizer tasting, it was amazing. The skewers, cooked to perfection, the fresh fish was truly excellent. The staff was extremely friendly, except for one waitress who initially seemed a little sour but then recovered in the corner. The atmosphere was very nice. Not noisy, you can talk without shouting. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back to try the other delicacies!

17/05/2026: This was my first piadina ever, and it was an instant masterpiece. We tried several different varieties, and they were all delicious. Fresh, fragrant, and made with excellent ingredients. The service was friendly and helpful. The place was small, but there were a few places to eat inside. I highly recommend it!

04/07/2026: I've only been to this restaurant in the winter, and to my surprise, I've now discovered a delightful and pleasant internal courtyard. The appetizers are delicious, tasty and fragrant!

26/04/2026: Family lunch at this seafood trattoria in the historic center. The atmosphere is truly charming and refined, and the owner and staff immediately make you feel at home! (They were extremely helpful from the moment we booked.) Last but not least, the food—both the first and second courses are fresh and excellent, and the seafood is excellent value.

08/07/2026: The food and the location absolutely deserve 5 stars. Original decor and sayings, delicious antipasti and main courses, good explanations. So why 1 star? Unfortunately, we ordered a carafe of wine that was placed on the table in a chilled bag with ice. This bag was unstable and suddenly tipped over. Conclusion: wine on my handbag and phone, and everything inside had to be cleaned up on the floor, leaving barely half a glass of wine in the carafe. No one offered to bring another carafe, and the full price was charged. It is not about the 7 euros, but about the fact that you dine in such a beautiful location and are then treated without the appropriate approach from someone working in the hospitality industry. A shame, because the food was really good. A shame that things were not handled correctly, because this ruined the rest of the afternoon.

24/07/2026: Impeccable graduation party! I celebrated my graduation here and everything was perfect! The location is beautiful, and the poolside buffet created a fantastic atmosphere. The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. All at a very fair price. All the guests were delighted. Highly recommended!

23/07/2026: We organized our little girl's first birthday party at Fonterossa...we had lunch and then moved to the pool to spend the whole afternoon! Cristiano, besides being a great professional, was incredibly kind! He fulfilled our every request! The lunch was excellent, with impeccable service and always very friendly. The waiters were exceptional! The pool was the icing on the cake! The bar was top-notch, near the pool, with excellent cocktails. I highly recommend Fonterossa to anyone for any type of event...but especially for children's birthdays! The next day, we took our little girl back to their pool! And despite the packed house and the last-minute call, Cristiano found us a couple of lounge chairs!

09/07/2026: After years, I returned to this restaurant, a pleasant surprise! Excellent, high-quality food. The menu is very well-curated and has something for everyone. The wine list is the envy of even a wine bar. Congratulations!

06/07/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant every time I'm in Ancona since 1990. On Monday the 29th, for dinner, I enjoyed excellent sea bass ravioli that "tasted like fish," as my partner put it, recalling dishes passed off as fish ravioli but completely tasteless at other restaurants. Not to mention the wonderful green peppercorn fillet... and then... excellent service, smiling and helpful waitresses... reasonable prices... in short, the Giardino has always been there, thank you.

10/07/2026: Last Tuesday, we stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance, while visiting Fabriano's historic center with my parents, following the recommendation of a local. We couldn't have made a better choice! We enjoyed a simply sensational crudo: excellent quality, freshness, and truly memorable flavors (we highly recommend the Super Crudo!!). Special praise also goes to the service: the three waiters who served us were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to their customers. It was an experience that won us over in every way. We will return to Abruzzo as soon as possible, because a place like this deserves to be experienced again. Congratulations to all the staff!

08/07/2026: A fantastic experience at this restaurant in Fabriano. We had a wonderful dinner and were truly impressed by the quality of the ingredients. The meat was cooked to perfection and presented with great care. I particularly appreciated the refreshing touch of the orange slice on the meat—a truly perfect pairing. We'll definitely be back soon.
