Last Tuesday, we stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance, while visiting Fabriano's historic center with my parents, following the recommendation of a local. We couldn't have made a better choice!
We enjoyed a simply sensational crudo: excellent quality, freshness, and truly memorable flavors (we highly recommend the Super Crudo!!).
Special praise also goes to the service: the three waiters who served us were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to their customers.
It was an experience that won us over in every way. We will return to Abruzzo as soon as possible, because a place like this deserves to be experienced again.

A fantastic experience at this restaurant in Fabriano. We had a wonderful dinner and were truly impressed by the quality of the ingredients.
The meat was cooked to perfection and presented with great care. I particularly appreciated the refreshing touch of the orange slice on the meat—a truly perfect pairing. We'll definitely be back soon.

Instead of one dinner, it became three... the number of our days in Fabriano... I absolutely give it 5 stars... delicious food cooked to perfection with impeccable service... and not only is the meat excellent, but everything else as well... congratulations, I will return and recommend it to anyone in the area ❤

Everything was perfect at this meat specialty restaurant! Excellent hospitality and truly extraordinary quality. The carpaccio and tartare, mixed grilled meats, baked potatoes, vegetables, and house white wine are all real highlights. The atmosphere is truly delightful. Highly recommended!

We're at this restaurant for the final dinner of a week-long refresher course. The place was recommended by a member of the group who had tried it the previous few days. The setting is excellent, and the menu is incredibly comprehensive and varied. We opted for the jumbo mixed grill, an excellent choice because the plate is huge and the menu is incredibly comprehensive. The dessert is also excellent, and the after-dinner drink deals deserve a special mention. The decor is beautiful, with an unusual collection of phones. The painting in the men's restroom is worth a look. What more can I say? Recommended.
