Mr. Piero, an excellent wine connoisseur, and his wife, an extraordinary cook, are excellent and capable hosts, the place is intimate but not pretentious without being banal. Highly recommended.

Nothing is left to chance, and the search for raw materials is nothing short of exemplary, if everyone worked like this, IT WOULD BE A BETTER WORLD! Simply a beautiful experience, pampering for the customer and delights for the palate. I highly recommend it to those who appreciate the good behind things, and have a palate trained to recognize valid products from less so, for all the others who write that the menu has two courses, are used to classic tourist menus with 300 dishes and not even one of them is eatable. Not to mention his bread!!! I personally requested that it be brought back to me due to its great goodness! Thanks Sigismondo, keep it up!

Simply fantastic dinner: each dish is an explosion of authentic flavours, thanks to the highest quality raw materials, carefully selected by the owner and strictly zero kilometre. The wine list is refined and surprising, perfectly paired with the dishes. Impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive. A culinary experience to remember. I will definitely be back!

11/05/2025: Lunch. Very small place facing the sea with tables very close together and with little light. Without infamy and without praise even if the place is all clean and well kept with polite service. Price slightly above average. They all work hard but the place doesn't lend itself to comfort.

21/04/2025: After dreaming about it so much, my partner and I go to Andreina. We have followed and esteemed the chef for some time, and therefore the expectations are very high, the emotion is great. Therefore I am very sorry to describe our experience in these terms: We start very badly with the service: we are brought a welcome bubble, we choose the "smoking" menu and decide to take a bottle. We ask which macerated wines are on the menu. Answer: not present. We ask for some Orange, answer: I can make you a juice. We understand that there is not what we are looking for and we choose the tasting of 3 glasses, asking for reds at this point. The first glass is brought to us without any interest in first understanding our tastes (perhaps the absence of coravin inhibits the pairing). A low-priced wine that we already knew and in our opinion not of very high quality. In the meantime, 1 hour and 15 minutes have passed, 2 glasses were brought to us without any plans or cutlery. We give some indication of our tastes for the subsequent wines and it goes a little better, but now we are resigned that the experience of wine will not entertain us as much as that of food. In fact, the service continues more relaxed from then on and the food is excellent, from the first course to the dessert. We really appreciate the guys in the room but above all the chef's humility in coming to the tables several times, his evident passion and above all the desire to share hard work and research with the diners, work that can be felt entirely. However, from a restaurant of this size and for the price paid, one expects excellent service and a sommelier attentive to making the drinking experience live which accompanies and enhances the taste experience. This, to my enormous regret, did not happen. Hoping that our criticism is understood in a constructive way, I highly recommend a Coravin (also because there are important labels on the menu while the glasses served for tasting disappointed us a little) and greater attention to service. We will continue to follow the chef's journey with esteem, but we will not return any time soon because for many, having this experience requires a considerable financial outlay and the experience was not up to par due to the service which I would define as "not very pampered".

04/05/2025: Unfortunately, although there were few people, since we went very early, my pizza with gluten-free dough arrived decidedly raw. My friend's one with normal dough, however, was perfect. Very good and well presented dessert. For the rest everything is ok. Kind and friendly waiters.

27/04/2025: Decisamente una delle migliori pizzerie della zona. Pizza leggera con gusti sfiziosi e ottima qualità. Personale disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo anche per tavoli numerosi!! Nb. Apprezzatissima la gentilezza del cameriere Maxim che su una mia richiesta per una pizza troppo piccante ha mostrato interesse nel accontentarmi e farmi avere la pizza come richiesto. SQUISITA come sempre : )
