Excellent dinner, with a special mention for the local platter, which was plentiful and made with quality ingredients (perhaps only the fried dishes were a bit subdued in comparison). The first courses and grilled meats were also very good and plentiful. The restaurant is welcoming and elegant, but I recommend bringing mosquito repellent if you're dining outside.

Update after change of ownership, the food is more modern but still essential Italian food. The gnocchi was very good (well seasoned, good bite) but some of the other pasta were short of 5 stars, still very good but the rabbit dish ragu was a touch dry. The beef tartare was the best antipasti and was so fresh! Staff were very lovely and accommodating. Indoor dining is located in nice cool cellars which is great when it's very hot, alas we were seated outside last visit.

I had an excellent pizza, light dough and quality ingredients, I'd say one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Their artisanal ice cream is also good. The price is more than fair.

02/08/2026: We went for lunch by chance without a reservation. The food was truly excellent, the waiter was courteous and attentive, and the ceiling fans made the heat less uncomfortable. The quality/price ratio was fair. The seafood carbonara was truly five stars.
02/08/2026: For the first time I went for dinner, I was satisfied with everything, I enjoyed it a lot.
