16/04/2026: First time. Recommended by friends. Exceptional lunch, excellent hospitality, fantastic place for lunches and dinners.
For those who love local cuisine, the curadella and tripe are fantastic.
The quality is there.
The price is a bit high.
But it's worth it for two or three times a year.

21/03/2026: I hadn't been back to the Locanda for a while, and I must say with immense pleasure that I had a fantastic meal. A selection of superb appetizers, especially the caponata (which isn't as good as it used to be in Sicily), and for the main course, a fantastic peppered fillet steak. My heartfelt compliments, the chef confirms his place among the best in Ascoli Piceno. Go there!
04/03/2026: The dishes are top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming and classy. The service deserves an honorable mention: the owner, besides being a wonderful person, makes you feel at home! Definitely my favorite restaurant in Ascoli Piceno. Highly recommended!

06/06/2026: Great local food and super friendly service. We felt very welcome. The menu was only in Italian, but the staff gave us excellent and detailed recommendations. We would love to come back again sometime.
05/06/2026: I was torn between this place and one of the restaurants on the beach, which was decidedly trendy. Then the reviews and the perception of the high quality of what they prepare at Mangiatoia convinced me... And I couldn't have made a better choice.

02/05/2026: Much more than a trattoria! Excellent service from the entire Lore' family and a great sense of humor. Every dish that arrived was a feast of aromas and flavors. The deserts were truly spectacular with delicious flavors. I highly recommend it.
I didn't pay, but the menu prices are available on the website.

The place is special, both winter and summer, and the food is always top-notch! Everything is delicious! From the starters to the main courses... not to mention the legendary roast potatoes!
All the staff are incredibly kind and professional. My compliments, truly ❤️
We have a couple of friends who live in Umbria... and every time they visit us, they want to eat at the osteria!

09/05/2026: A very beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea. We were lucky enough to dine at sunset with a view of Mount Conero. The food was excellent and fresh; I had perhaps the best sea bass I've ever had. The staff was truly attentive and thoughtful.

12/10/2025: A small shop offering a carefully selected selection of excellent local products (cured meats, cheeses, "cresce" (a type of sausage), wines, jams, honey, preserves, oil, etc.).
In addition to shopping, we stopped for an aperitivo: a wide selection of platters and matching wines. A must-try: the Ascolana olives with ciauscolo sauce, truly hard to find elsewhere.
Super friendly staff.
02/10/2025: EUR 14 for a small, microwaved, bowl of lasagne that's been cooked who knows when is pretty poor form for Italy. The two stars is for the friendly waitress, not the food. Eating out in Sirolo is expensive, but this was a joke.

09/06/2026: One of the best fish soups in Fano. Excellent seafood, fast and friendly service (especially the owner, who acts as a public relations assistant), and a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The only downside is the prices aren't exactly cheap (and at the soup festival, it was advertised as participating in the special €25 price, but the receipt was €30).
03/06/2026: This restaurant is very close to Fano's historic center, with parking available nearby. The restaurant is elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, and outdoor dining is also available. The fish is excellent and beautifully cooked. Definitely try the brodetto, it's delicious!

17/04/2026: Fantastic experience 🤩. Excellent service and delicious food. We had an appetizer and then a Florentine steak for two to share. It was excellent!! The owner also recommended an excellent wine. The price was commensurate with the quality!! Must try!!
2024: Once again, the food was excellent. The fillet was very good and cooked to perfection. Always a pleasure to return and always more than satisfied.
September 2025: Once again, we were satisfied. Mirko is a great host. April 2026: We returned and once again, we left even more satisfied than last time. Always a guarantee. Excellent food and service.

26/04/2026: Family lunch at this seafood trattoria in the historic center. The atmosphere is truly charming and refined, and the owner and staff immediately make you feel at home! (They were extremely helpful from the moment we booked.) Last but not least, the food—both the first and second courses are fresh and excellent, and the seafood is excellent value.

21/04/2026: A wonderful place to spend a pleasant evening with friends... The live music transforms the place when it arrives... everything is perfect, the service, the food and the atmosphere. The only small flaw is the bathrooms which are not the best... otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars.

17/05/2026: This was my first piadina ever, and it was an instant masterpiece. We tried several different varieties, and they were all delicious. Fresh, fragrant, and made with excellent ingredients. The service was friendly and helpful. The place was small, but there were a few places to eat inside. I highly recommend it!
