21/01/2025: Locale al dir poco fantastico negli arredi, personale quasi tutto preparato, cibo ottimo , qualità elevata. Meno i dessert.

31/03/2025: Fast food per niente fast, tempi d'attesa da pizzeria. Fatta l'ordinazione e pagata al totem touch screen, capita sempre più spesso di dover attendere al tavolo anche 15/20 minuti prima di essere serviti. Fatta presente oggi la cosa in cassa, mi sentivo rispondere - voi non vedete, ma abbiamo un sacco di clienti al mcdrive...- . Tutto questo succedeva alle 14.30: mi domando quali debbano essere i tempi d'attesa tra le 13 e le 14... Senza dimenticare la pulizia dei bagni, che lascia sempre molto a desiderare.

24/03/2025: Después de ordenar en mcDrive tuve que esperar 15 minutos y luego me dijeron que esperara en el aparcamiento. Después de 30 minutos nadie apareció. Nunca más.

23/03/2025: Situated right on the Varesina state road, this elegant establishment stands behind a sumptuous wrought-iron gate. This restaurant is housed in a sumptuous residence dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The restaurant offers a captivating blend of history and modernity. Guests are greeted formally by a very gracious staff member, who offers an unusual and highly appreciated tasting of the owners' own olive oil produced in the Val d'Orcia. A tasty and unexpected aperitif was also offered, a delightful prelude to a wonderful dinner. The chef, worthy of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, is dedicated to satisfying the most sophisticated palates with delicate dishes that are both visually delightful and truly enchanting. White reigns supreme, dominating both the interior dining room and the outdoor patio, contrasting here with the pleasantly dated flooring featuring dark brown accents. The establishment is surrounded by greenery, so much so that from the outside, the presence of the road is almost forgotten. My need for gluten- and lactose-free cuisine was fully met without the slightest hesitation, without compromising the flavor or beauty of the dishes. There is free parking outside on the opposite side of the street, and parking is available inside the building. There are three steps to the entrance. I recommend a small ramp for wheelchair users and strollers, if you don't have one. For anyone looking for a quiet, elegant, and romantic location, I highly recommend it. 05/04/2025: Come sempre quando voglio staccare un po' e coccolarmi a Varese vengo da Roberto....insomma si alla PERLA. Beh sempre tutto al massimo livello...i classici antipastini davvero sfiziosi e poi gianchetti in frittata delicatissimi....e a seguire un primo con aragosta...il tutto annaffiato da Ferrari Perle'...e a chiudere uno spettacolare dolce ...crema al mascarpone e caffè....bravi e davvero grazie sono stato benissimo 😉

23/02/2025: Ottima cena a base di pesce con un servizio attento non invasivo, ottimi vini alla carta. Piatti ben eseguiti e assolutamente squisiti. E il prezzo assolutamente onesto

15/07/2025: Virkelig lækkert. Vi prøvede lidt forskellige nationale retter. Alle smagte fantastisk. Og meget sød og venlig betjening. De åbner kl 18 og har åbent om mandagen.
