21/08/2025: Visited 20/08/2025. Can't fault the Parma pizza, mine was lovely, shame the service didn't match. We were sat down and a plate of ham, bread and cheese was brought to the table but we were waiting over 20 minutes for anyone to bring menus to the table. Before we got our menus, another family were seated near us and their menus were on the table before they could even sit down. Staff were friendly enough apart from one young girl who looked miserable and like she didn't want to be there. We didn't feel that welcome and were happy to leave as soon as we had finished our pizzas.

11/08/2025: We've been there a couple of times. The location is fantastic, and the tour of the new stables and workshops is beautiful and interesting. It's a fantastic place to spend a weekend near Milan (just over an hour). Prices are high, but they're in line with the quality.

02/08/2025: We went to lunch at La Dispensa del Forte on a quiet midweek in July. A perfect time to appreciate the location, which in my opinion remains its true strength: outdoor tables, a relaxed atmosphere, no crowds. A place where you can truly enjoy your time. The attention to children was greatly appreciated: paper and colors at the table, a simple yet thoughtful gesture that helps make the meal more relaxing for parents too. Lunch begins with a pink mousse served as a welcome drink. A small, pleasant gift that starts the meal on a gentle note. The bread basket – supplied by a local bakery – is well-stocked and of good quality, with a very soft focaccia that stands out from the other types. We then ordered a charcuterie board: it was delicious, with a porchetta that stood out for its flavor and simplicity, seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Next up was a first course of spaghetti with shrimp, zucchini, and confit cherry tomatoes. Colorful, fresh, and beautifully plated. Overall, it was fine, though lacking any particular flair. The service was friendly and well-timed. The price of each course was slightly above average, but in line with the restaurant's setting. Not a memorable experience, but not disappointing either. I would return, perhaps on another occasion, to give the cuisine a chance to truly impress me. For those seeking tranquility and a break from the city's frenetic pace, it's definitely a place worth considering. Especially at lunchtime, in the middle of the week, when everything slows down and even a simple dish can be appreciated.

23/07/2025: I stopped in for a business lunch and couldn't resist ordering the pizzoccheri... simply poetry on a plate. A river of flavored butter and cheeses blended with perfectly al dente pasta and cooked yet still slightly crunchy cabbage. I've eaten many pizzoccheri, but these are definitely among the best I've ever had. The extremely friendly staff and welcoming location make even a quick lunch an experience worth repeating.

29/08/2025: We only used the restaurant. The ladies who served us were very attentive and kind. We went twice and tried a little bit of everything, and it was all delicious! Normal prices. Highly recommended!

20/08/2025: I'd just like to share my culinary experience at this lovely agriturismo, as I didn't stay there: The food is high-quality and plentiful; the hospitality and friendliness are unmatched. You can order à la carte or, at lunchtime only, choose the worker's menu. If you're in the area and want to REALLY eat well, I highly recommend it.

Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti dello chalet, 1 taroz in crosta di parmigiano con salame nostrano, carrè d agnello,salmi di cervo con polenta, e 1 Tzigoiner ( mi sembra si chiami così) , carne molto tenera ,molto buona ,1 coppa di castagne e 2 tiramisù,2 piatti di pasta ( forse l unica pecca,xe nn c era molta scelta x i bambini a cui nn piace molto mangiare) . Sicuramente da ritornare ( senza bambini) .
