19/08/2025: You can order takeout or eat in. I found it good and easy to digest. However, I recommend eating it there, as the pizza tastes best when eaten hot. It tastes even better.

23/05/2025: Ordered pizzas via delivery. The pizzas were good and the man who delivered them was very kind even though there was a small misunderstanding with the payment method. I also tried the Indian food a while ago and was satisfied. Recommended :)

11/04/2025: We took two takeaway dishes for a quick dinner and in the meantime, while we waited, we were pleasantly struck by the kindness of the owner. The food was truly delicious and we will definitely be back!

07/08/2025: For a café, being near a blood test point is the best thing you can hope for, but when the place in question has a beautiful aesthetic and delicious food... well, returning, regardless of medical needs, becomes a must! The interior is vintage, just the way I like it, and perfectly complements a relaxing moment, whether in company or alone. For breakfast, the selection of pastries is truly extensive, each one better than the last. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to their customers. I appreciated that, when we asked for cocoa and cinnamon for those delicious cappuccinos, they brought shakers directly to us, so we could serve ourselves as we pleased. Cafés like this aren't found everywhere, even though they're popping up like mushrooms in every city. Precisely for this reason, it's difficult for a place to become memorable amidst such an immense variety. Yet Il Melograno manages to do just that. I'll gladly return to enjoy more of my mornings in Pavia.

16/08/2025: Pfff what happened? It used to be a very pleasant place to just pop in, taste some excellent wines and engage in wine conversation with the very knowledgeable staff. Now you are probably better off to drive to the local supermarket and buy the wine there. The staff is equally bored and the wine is even cheaper. Please get your act together Giorgi!

28/08/2025: The staff was truly rude and unfriendly. I'm a customer who places about three orders a week on Glovo and orders with Mc. I wanted the new Mc Shaker Spicy fries... but the platform doesn't offer the +€0.40 option like in-store. I kindly asked if they could add that simple SPICE PACKET, and even though I literally pay OVERPRICED for the large chicken menu at €12.00, he went berserk. He didn't want to hear of it at all. It wouldn't have cost him anything to be kind and friendly, and in fact, even though I was already paying the extra €0.50 for the LARGE menu, he acted as if I'd asked for something illegal, impossible, and that adding that spice sachet would have caused damage to the restaurant. The first two times, two very kind ladies helped me. But I really think that after this experience, I'll never order on delivery platforms again and will instead switch to the Voghera restaurant.

25/06/2025: Looking for a Monday Pizzeria not too far from where we live, this Pub appears and it seems like a good choice. We arrive, the place is almost empty, a table with 2 people... well, it's Monday (we say to ourselves). The Boy arrives. We order a bottle of cold water and in the meantime we choose the pizza but in the meantime I had ordered a small plate of chips to nibble on. ...the chips haven't arrived...and after a while the pizzas arrive (I repeat, the place is empty) bring the pizza and we order. 1 medium panascè 1 medium beer (a Pub that doesn't even ask what beer you prefer🤷‍♀️ we eat and the beers zero...nothing arrives we signal to the boy he had forgotten he brings 1 small panascè 1 medium beer well we're satisfied.....by now we had really forgotten the potatoes....by now the pizza is finished here are the chips with many apologies for the delay obviously that we say to the boy but by now we don't feel like it anymore (he pretends nothing happened) a good waiter knows what to do...we finish with a coffee So terrible service the decent pizza was a Sicilian and a Zola speck and added ham.....but I thought as a Good Restaurateur on the bill he would remove the chips it was a gesture of apology for the delay committed. Instead I then go and ask for a detailed receipt telling the lady that there had been so many shortcomings to have to eat 2 pizzas with the place empty of all response he pointed out to me that they have been there for 50 years and unforeseen events can happen but he did nothing but charge for everything even if all the potatoes came back I tasted 1 of them he replied he had not to eat them With this he gave me a written note to eat and not detailed at the cash register After all I have been there for 50 years but education towards the customer zero perhaps in 50 years Everything went smoothly but you can always fall Highly not recommended You pay as in a restaurant or pizzeria with waiters or staff Doc. ... Finally I ask for an explanation on a receipt made as various without any specification he gives me one in pen ..... be careful a small plate of uneaten chips for € 6.50
