I bought a 3-chocolate panettone because I was invited to dinner and wanted to make a good impression. The box had a 3-chocolate label! A panettone eagerly awaited among friends, raving about its deliciousness. Too bad that after cutting it, I realized it was traditional. By the time it was cut, we'd eaten a few slices. The next day, I called the place, and they told me to come and exchange it. I thought it was an exchange, but no...I would have had to buy it again. And I was shocked. I buy a product with the description of one item on it, but instead I find another type of product and I have to pay for it again? The clerk points out that if I hadn't eaten it...he would have exchanged it. But excuse me, if I didn't cut it, how could I know it wasn't the flavor I'd chosen? And the clerk said, "If you'd only cut it and not eaten it, I would have exchanged it." And I said, "But to cut it and not eat it, I would have had to handle it anyway. Would you have put it on sale anyway?" And he said, "Yes, I would have put it sliced ​​on the counter." And so I walked away with a panettone I didn't choose, dissatisfied, and aware that they put stuff handled by others on the counter? And the clerk told me the owner didn't allow an exchange. Well, I don't agree to be treated with condescension and with stuff handled by others on the counter. You've lost a loyal customer who had done excellent advertising until now.

We ordered two burgers, but unfortunately, we weren't entirely satisfied with the preparation: the meat wasn't well-seasoned, and the overall flavor was a bit bland. On a positive note, the beer was really good and lifted the experience a bit. Overall, it was nice, but there's definitely room for improvement in the quality of the food.

20/11/2025: On the road from Mortara to Lomello, you will find this simple trattoria, but where the quality of the food honors Italian cuisine, certainly local Lombardy Piedmontese dishes, it is worth stopping.

29/10/2025: Passing through the area, I stopped for a quick lunch. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. They also serve fried frog legs and sautéed snails! I saw that they have a couple of tasting menus available upon reservation, which are truly rich and inviting! I hope to return soon to try them! The ladies who run the place are very kind, I felt at home. 😘 Thank you so much for everything!
