11/04/2025: ...tutto ciò che rientra nel cibo da asporto o "delivery" viene snobbato dalle recensioni. Lo snobbare nasce dal fatto che, quando viene fatta una valutazione, si tende un po' a sminuire il lavoro che c'è dietro ad un delivery e soprattutto a svalutare l'impegno che ha una cucina delivery. Questa pizza, può essere annoverata negli errori che si compiono nel non valutare e "snobbare" quello che può essere una recensione positiva anche per il "luogo comune" di una pizzeria delivery. Parto a recensire la qualità del servizio: si salvano il numero del cliente, già dalla prima volta (cosa rara) ed attribuiscono la via al numero. Questo già vale un servizio che mostra attenzione alla clientela! Si ordina: tempi, modi, cortesia, attenzione e memoria del cliente perfetti!!!! Impasto effettuato con metodo e raggiunto l'obiettivo di garanzia del prodotto....Sempre ad uno standard che è "firma della loro pizza" e devo dire elevato. Ingredienti di buona qualità e che, sottolineano una scelta che dimostra una cura e una ricerca di un prodotto mai scadende anzi.... molto al di sopra dello standard.... Mi soffermo anche sul fatto che usano il forno a legna....Utilizzare il forno a legna, per i meno esperti, è sinonimo di "casereccio" quando invece l'utilizzo, è sinonimo di difficoltà già nello scegliere la legna da bruciare... Non mi soffermo nei dettagli della decisione ad occhio o con spolvero di farina per capire la temperatura giusta.... Potrei dilungarmi oltre....mi limito a dire che: Se si cerca una pizzeria veramente ben al di sopra dello standard beh qua.... Qua la si trova! La si trova eccome.

02/06/2025: A nice surprise in Seregno, where three brothers have developed a short supply chain, producing wisely in their farm in Brivio (LC) and then cooking skillfully in this unconventional place, an industrial recovery from the former family furniture factory. All delicious, vibrant and well prepared, told with love and without ostentation. Super, super recommended for a brunch, but also open in the evening for dinner, from Thursday to Saturday.

24/05/2025: Excellent complete and healthy lunch You leave feeling not at all heavy, happy and satisfied to have tasted very well-prepared dishes that are different from a normal restaurant. Rightly the menu is not always the same as the freshness and seasonality of the food offered is fully respected. Recommended for those who want to try a new experience.

13/05/2025: Everything was delicious! We appreciated the presence of vegetarian options even among the main courses and the friendly and kind staff, but not intrusive. The desserts were also good! We ate very well and the quality-price ratio is excellent. Thank you very much❤️ we will be back

09/05/2025: Very good restaurant recommended by our hotel. Very warm welcome despite the language barrier. (the 2nd time we went there, someone spoke English). The dishes are very good, the staff very helpful and friendly. We went back a second time.

13/05/2025: I tried this restaurant for the first time with a friend and it was amazing. Great food, perfect sauce and great hospitality. The staff was also very kind and quick to serve us. I will definitely try it again!

23/04/2025: Eating at Guscio was a truly pleasant experience. I went there with my father to spend a nice evening, and expectations were fully met. The place is very nice and welcoming, the staff friendly and attentive. Excellent selection of wines and quality food, with a good quality/price ratio - although, in my opinion, the prices could be slightly adjusted downwards. A gesture that I particularly appreciated was that of the head waiter, who kindly let me finish the bottle of wine, even though I had only ordered one glass. Attention that really makes the difference. Thank you so much, it was delicious!
