08/07/2026: Yesterday was our 4th time there, but something went wrong from start to finish. We arrived when no one was there. The first dish to arrive was a COLD fried hosomaki (terrible, heavy, and with soft seaweed), unforgivable with the first customers, and then as if they were at sea. One dish arrived wrong. We ate it. Two dishes arrived twice due to a waitress's mistake. We sent them back, but another waitress brought them back, continuing to claim they were ours. So much so that another table said we'll eat it if you're not hungry anymore (we had just arrived and were hungry, so we continued). Unfortunately, the salmon, which is usually delicious yesterday, was sour, so we stopped ordering and left. On our return, we went to the bathroom, and again today. A real shame. Perhaps yesterday there was a lack of adequate supervision. We can't believe all this with only three tables in the dining room. But we paid for a dinner that was very disappointing, both in terms of food and service. That shouldn't happen, especially with an empty room, because it's the customers who lose out. We were very disappointed.

28/06/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. When I booked, I specifically requested a private table for two. I was told that the only available time was 8:40 PM, so they could assign us that table. We accepted that time, but once we arrived, we were seated in the worst possible spot: among other tables for two, completely exposed. If the table wasn't available, they would have simply said so instead of promising something that wasn't kept. Another negative note: when ordering, we were only asked if we wanted still or sparkling water. The menu listed two 75cl waters at different prices (one for €3.50 and a Lurisia for €4), but we weren't given the option to choose which one we wanted. We were served the more expensive one directly. Finally, when paying, the bill was €35.60, but when paying by card, the POS was set to €35.70 without any explanation or prompt. Ten cents won't change your life, but changing the amount without notifying the customer is unfair. Overall, it's not a question of money, but of customer care and transparency. It's a shame, because a little honesty would have been enough to avoid a terrible experience.

Everything is very good, decent, but nothing that will make you want to come back a second time. The price certainly doesn't help either! Worth revisiting.

We ate inside, but there’s also a lovely terrace outside. The dishes were well executed, with high-quality ingredients and good presentation, though we were hoping for something more distinctive — nothing felt particularly special or refined enough to stand out. Service was quick and attentive, and the staff was happy to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions.

05/02/2026: For dinner for two, we ordered a mixed appetizer of fried food, still-frozen panzerotti, and completely raw and inedible onion rings, left in the middle of the table the entire time without anyone caring what had gone wrong. As soon as the pinsa got cold, the mozzarella turned to rubber. The best part came with the burger, completely raw. We asked for it to be fixed, and the same bun and toppings (obviously frozen) were brought back, along with the same reheated and still-raw burger. Luckily, on the third attempt, it was brought back cooked. No apologies, no admission of mistakes. I recommend it if you want to risk a nasty salmonella infection. Review: I assure you, not a single onion ring was spat into the napkin; it was impossible to chew them even if you wanted to (they were cut, I might add, with difficulty). I recommend you try a few large ones, so you get an idea of ​​what I'm talking about. Pointing out an inaccuracy, as you say, makes perfect sense, perhaps if you're not faced with a seemingly annoyed figure at every request. The burger you ate "halfway," as you say, was cooked well on the outside; the problem was more towards the center. It was returned to you with a few bites missing (it's a shame I didn't take a photo of this, too, since you have a complaint). Why let a pinsa cool, you ask? Because we waited three cooking cycles before eating it, for example, and if you're going out as a couple, you also expect to eat as a couple. Regarding the risk of salmonella, I'm sorry, but it's a real risk with raw ground beef. I hope you're aware of that, although I understand your preferred cooking method. Ps. Excellent drinks.

16/07/2026: I decided to give it a second chance after my previous experience. This time, the order arrived—a little late, but it arrived! I finally got to try the food. The four-cheese pizza was good, plentiful, and had a soft crust: I'd personally give it a 7/10. I really enjoyed the fried foods, especially the mozzarella sticks. The jalapeños were also good, and the portions were generous. Overall, I'm happy to update my review to a positive one. After an hour of waiting for a Glovo order (a pizza and two fried foods), the order was canceled. It was a shame, because my mouth was really watering. If I ever try one of your pizzas and specialties again and have a positive experience, I'll be happy to update this review.
