06/05/2025: I always have a doubt. Do the 5 stars relate to the best restaurants you've experienced? That is, only one has 5 stars and the others must necessarily be lower? For me it's very simple: 5 stars is where I've had a great time and would return, so "Il Pollino" deserves them all. I was about to go to McDonald's since my usual lunch break restaurant was closed. Then I see "il Pollino" and I say to myself "I'm a big belly, I would say to stop eating rubbish, today let's eat healthy". The place is small and intimate. It is run by an energetic lady who is always smiling and very professional. At lunch they don't show the menu, she tells you how it used to be. I had an excellent amatriciana, a second course of grilled chicken with a drizzle of lemon and a mix of grilled vegetables and potatoes. All very good and homemade. A beautiful discovery. And the service was extremely fast. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area... to try again in the evening for a dinner with friends or with your current partner/wife/girlfriend. Maybe I wouldn't use it for a first date... but who knows! Nice work!

28/04/2025: We went to the restaurant on Saturday evening. Family atmosphere, nice and friendly. The seafood pasta is excellent, rich and tasty! Delicious aubergines in oil and so is the focaccia. 03/05/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant for dinner by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is very welcoming and quiet, perfect for a romantic or quiet evening with friends. The menu is varied and interesting, the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. The dishes we tasted were really excellent, both in presentation and taste. We will definitely be back!

18/04/2025: More than a burger shop, a restaurant. We are welcomed with enthusiasm and professionalism. Very clean and industrially furnished place, impressive location. The menu is varied and satisfying. Spectacular sandwiches. Filled properly and there is no problem asking for total rather than medium cooking. First choice wines with excellent flavour. Too bad we didn't discover it sooner. If you have doubts, come and try it. If they make you sit near the oven, you can smell an intoxicating aroma. Super recommended.

04/04/2025: I think it is the best pastry shop in Monza and, perhaps, in Brianza. All the small or large desserts are amazing, very fine and crunchy pastries at the right point. A guarantee for years. The ice cream was good but not excellent. The environment is dated but I like it so it gives me a sense of continuity, I would hate if the make-up were redone. The only downside is finding parking, but in Monza it's like this everywhere.
